Everything was great. It looks great. We had some custom things my wife wanted to be done, and Premium Siding and Painting Co was able to handle it very well, and she liked it.

I received quotes from multiple companies over a 2 year period for windows and new siding. We ended up going with PSP because of their low price point while supposedly receiving the same windows as competitors. We were given an 8-12 week timeline with our quote while other companies were saying 20. This was another selling point. Well, we ended up waiting 6 months with multiple delays. This is with me initiating contact about the status most of the time. PSP didn’t even want to call me and tell me there was another delay so they had their supplier do it.. Once the windows came in, the order was wrong because PSP failed to submit the correct design. So I had to wait another 3 months for the correct windows to come in. As far as the siding, they did a great job as long as it was a straight line. They tried 3 times to cut an arched trim piece and I still have a misshapen arch over my front door. The painters were very efficient and did exactly what I wanted. They were wonderful. Throughout this process, I was dealing directly with the owner because of all the miscommunication and poor organization of the project manager and the office. Since the window install, we have noticed multiple warped screens and even a screen that is completely different from our other ones. We reached out and have since been ignored. So if you want average quality, long wait times, and poor communication for a great price, go with PSP.

Premium Siding provided a timely, detailed bid and worked with us to make additions and changes to finalize the bid. Team leads were professional & communicative and addressed our concerns. The owner met with us and offered helpful recommendations for repairs in the immediate project area and even type of paint etc. Would definitely recommend Premium to others and not hesitate to use them again.

From start to finish, all the crews were really professional. The work was done extremely quickly in a timely manner. I had to have my siding replaced in less than three years. Premium Siding did a job ten times better than that original builder did.

Joe & Jennifer were great to work with. The BIGGEST thing they could improve is to go strictly with STANDARD e-mails and telephone Texts. All of this other electronic contact jibberish is just confusing & unnecessary for the older generation customers. The Main Construction Crew was courteous. The Painting Crew was courteous. and the Gutter & Downspout Crew was courteous but could use some "Do It Right the 1st Time" Training.

I found out about Premium Siding & Paint from Angie’s List. I spoke to Jennifer who asked some questions and then set up an appointment to have Joe do an inspection and give me an estimate. They had excellent customer reviews and I asked them to bid on replacing rotted and damaged T-111 siding on my 37 year old house. Jennifer is very professional.Joe arrived right on time and did a detailed inspection. He talked about what types of things they could do and answered all of my questions. He appeared to be very knowledgeable. Within a couple of days he provided a detailed proposal with Premium Siding & Paints' scope of work. I had also asked Joe to provide me a quote for replacing 8 single pain windows with newer more efficient windows. PSP's price was very competitive vs. big box and another contractor from whom I had also received quotes. I preferred to give PSP my business due to price and them being local and so responsive.It is impossible to see the structure of your home until you rip the old & rotted wood from the house. Salomon and his crew did a very thorough inspection and discovered some rotted 2 x 4's in several locations. There was damage from a previous contractor who'd improperly installed metal flashing around my chimney. These guys are skilled and very proficient. These carpenters went above and beyond and demonstrated why they are the secret weapon if you need to repair your home. They worked very hard for 3 days to: remove siding from 3 sides of my house, repair the rotted wood, rebuild my chimney, install OSB sheathing, install 8 windows, install 8" lapboard James Hardie Siding and finally replace rough cedar over my garage to match the original design of my house.These men were meticulously clean and left my property with all trash cleaned each day and material stowed and ready for the next day. When their portion of my job was complete, they hauled away all remaining material and cleaned up all areas as if they had never been there.The paint crew came in and Miguel, Joel and Jose did an excellent job of preparing the new construction for painting. They were also meticulously clean and the 3 of them were either spraying, painting trim or cleaning up. This is also a very professional and efficient paint crew. It takes skill to spray paint and have it look great while not making a huge mess. This part of the job was done in 2 1/2 days. Miguel told me he has worked with PSP for over 6 years and he and his team clearly know what they are doing. They made my home look brand new and I am so happy with the results. My neighbors love it too.I am very pleased with the results of my remodeling project. I love the way my house looks. This has improved the aesthetics as well as increased the value of my home. This entire process has been a breeze as a homeowner from beginning to end. From Jennifer to Joe, and then to highly skilled carpenters and painters, I highly recommend Premium Siding & Paint for any of your remodeling needs.

I can't say enough good things about Premium Siding and Painting. They were honest and I trusted them. I felt confident in everything they told me about what they were doing. It was reasonable and I didn't feel overcharged or taken advantage of.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the job some things are not perfect, the sliding glass door doesn't lock very well due to door alignment, the siding joints seem a little big, the caulking wasn't the greatest, the electric box was installed crooked, grounding wire reinstalled installed in the middle of siding plank instead of being tucked along the bottom of the plank which would make it less visible, some nails pushed on the interior wall causing slight protrusions on the drywall . We also found some cigarette butts in the yard. I'm sharing this not as a complaint I'm satisfied with the value premium siding provided. Everyone we interacted with was great and fixed things as we brought them up. I initially missed some things and thought they might be helpful to point out. Except for the door which in my experience takes time to master all the other things are easily corrected. For the price they did a great job!

For both siding and painting, we were very pleased with the workmanship and courtesy of everyone, from the workers on site, to sales, office and scheduling. They take pride in their work.

Their crew did a great job - worked long hours to complete the job in 2 days. They cleaned the site daily and left no debris behind. I would highly recommend this company

Frank was incredibly helpful and nice to work with on our home. Premium Siding & Painting replaced over 50% of our home's siding and worked with our electrician in replacing the siding underneath our electrical boxes which were being upgraded. While communication was not always easy, everything went smoothly once the date was set. Frank was super friendly and the most helpful person who I met with to discuss our home siding project (and painting). And the price was the most reasonable of all the quotes I received. I highly recommend Premium Siding and Painting!

PSP Effern James is the absolute best siding and painting crew that I've ever worked with.

RJ McNabb, the salesperson was very personable He made me an offer I couldn't refuse and from which the company did not stray. They installed hardy board (and painted) on my house. The workers were exceptionally courteous and totally professional. They cleaned the site at the end of each day's work to include checking for nails and other metal, they were responsive to any questions that I had and they were positively responsive to any concerns that I expressed. The foreman also came by and reviewed with me the job, to include the current status and schedule. This was a job that I enjoyed. The results were outstanding.

I would recommend them every day. From day one, Frank presented his proposal, and we went over what I wanted to be done. He did a walkthrough evaluation. I was not allowed to sign the contract until I understood all of the 21 points. At some points, I thought "sounds good," but no, I had to convince him that I understand what I was getting before I was allowed to sign. Frank's crew did the work systematically. There were no glitches. I had nothing to complain about or be negative about. It was a totally positive experience. I can't believe the improvement in my 35-year-old house. I wouldn't have asked for anything better. Frank checked back frequently with his crews and me to make sure I was satisfied. The project manager checked in every day, sometimes multiple times, to make sure I understood if there were small changes. I couldn't be happier with the overall job. They did interior work for me. They did the baseboard paint job. These people know paint inside and out. I got the quality that Frank explained to me, but it was better quality than if I used other painters. They use Sherwin Williams paint, and they put an extra coat, so really you are getting 3 coats instead of 2 through the entire house. I am the world's oldest cheerleader for their company. Frank calls periodically to check if everything is still okay or if they need to come back. I am constantly recommending them. It's not that he was much cheaper than the other estimates i got, but it was that he delivered everything he promised. He wouldn't let me sign the contract until I verbalized understanding. They are all family and friends that work very well together. I want everyone in my neighborhood to use them. I know Frank's determination is to finish was his company starts. I want everyone in my neighborhood to have Hardie Board, and I want Frank to do it.
