Perilous Times (San Antonio) did a great job of the restoration of our house

For the most part, the work was okay. As far as finishing touches, it was like pulling hens teeth. I has a hard time getting them out here. The quality of the work was not what I would consider top notch.

Very prompt and attentive from the first initial call!

Working with Perilous Times Restoration- Corpus Christi was a complete nightmare. My personal belongings still smelled of smoke from the fire after 2-3 times thru the ozone. They treated my wife as if she was crazy because she wouldn't accept the items as "cleaned". They wouldn't return our phone calls, until we wouldn't approve their payment of tens of thousands of dollars. When we did finally agree upon which items we would pick up, which wasn't very many boxes, they had someone there to help load the items. They brought out enough boxes to load 2 plus full size trucks. My wife and her assistant, had to then go thru the boxes again, that Perilous Times Restoration-Corpus Christi had RE-SEALED and RE-LABELED, only to find that the boxes were full of items that had been previously rejected. Then, like that wasn't enough, my insurance company paid them close to $65,000.

These guys were absolutely fabulous. Great staff, great communications, everything was very transparent. Hurricane Harvey was a disaster. Perilous times was a blessing.

The workers were very courteous, polite, and helpful in answering any questions I had for them.

Very pleased with the quality of work these guys do and they do it fast! Highly recommend. They took care of our water damaged floors and I was so pleased I hired them for my bathroom remodel.

I would NOT recommend this company!

The quality of the job was very bad. The employees were unprofessional. The contractor was ignorant. The paint was super low quality.

Perilous did an excellent job. They were very concerning coming in. I had a ShopVac trying to suck the water up and they said that they would take care of it. They were excellent all the way around except that they left a couple of towels on the floor that I had to pick up, but that was the only thing. Other than that, they were very concerning to restore the house back to normal and they were willing to do everything possible to do so

Great Company with Amazingly considerate employees! Their work ethics and their compassion were a blessing during a very difficult time.

They were very understandable.

The process was explained and everything sounded great but after that nothing happened for 13 days after the fire I ended up hiring another local company and because of that a lot of the pictures that perilous times took I needed for the insurance to replace my items that were destroyed I am not able to get replaced because the insurance company has no proof that they were destroyed in the fire and not salvageable
