I was recommended by friends and am already recommending to other friends of mine.
The house was done quickly and finished at the last minute. The quality was not what we expected. Our builder Mark has been wonderful with his time while being on the property. He was wonderful in addressing our issues. I did refer them to a friend. The salesperson and realtor was great. My friend and I have both experienced the same issue with the loan processing and lack of communication. We were first time homebuyers. We were not told what to expect. We could've had a lower interest rate but we didn't.
This experience was very disappointing. The appraisal came back on the NEW home, almost $20,000 LESS than asking price and I couldn’t find that extra money to bring to the table. But on top of that, the builder, not the title company, held my earnest money for almost a month, preventing me from being able to proceed in looking/putting earnest money down on a different house. The sales associates were nice, however, the upper management advised we used HIS comps and send to my mortgage company of homes “in the area” as opposed to within the subdivision that the home was in. He wanted us to pay for another appraisal. You can’t give comps to appraisers to use. Not only is that against the law, it’s disturbing how consumed he was in the process than in the actual person purchasing the home. There was no discussion. First impressions are important, and in my opinion, PCH needs to reevaluate customer relationship skills of the management they choose. So no, I will not recommend Princeton Classic Homes to anyone.
I love the way that Princeton builds their homes! The way the homes are laid out is great, very functional and classy.
The home I purchased was an excellent build.
They are professional.
Have not worked with Princeton Homes long enough to give a definitive comment!
I am in love with my new home, even though I haven't closed yet.
For the amount of money a customer spends on the home, the quality is atrocious.
I had a great experience with Jeffrey Hymanson. Very professional and didn’t force us into buying but helped us made good decisions on buying.
Although, my new house is beautiful, there are a few things such as broken locks, or bathroom doors without locks, ineffective breaker, etc. that have given me the feeling that my house was built too quickly and that not much thought or care went into the finishing touches. The greatest thing about Princeton homes have been the people involved. Ali and Dale have been the most helpful people I have ever dealt with during the living process. They are great at communicating and troubleshoot effectively.
They were nice and the home looks nice.
The home is well made. The inside of the home is lovely and matches the outside perfectly in craftmanship.
I am 50/50 at this point. It's not excellent service but also not a bad service.
My experience was a good one. I had to wait a bit but the Rep was very professional and knowledgeable.
Everyone involved from Sales to Builder was very professional and quick to respond for any questions.
Based on my home, the finishes are not great and purchasing was not easy at all
I would highly recommend Princeton Homes to anyone looking for high quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. The team at Upland Glen is cohesive and seemed to be on the same page with one another at all times. This resulted in timely completion of our home and excellent communication amongst all parties involved. We are excited to be a part of this community and love our new home.
The house is good. The service sucks.
I purchased a new home and closed two weeks ago. I pointed out during the walkthrough the things that were not right. After the final walkthrough, they have still not attended to those and it has been two weeks after closing. My yard is full of water, and it is mudding everywhere. The people laying the grass broke the sprinkler head. The Construction Manager said he would send someone out. My yard is full of water. I have emailed Princeton, but haven't received any response. It keeps getting worse and I made a $350,000 investment.
It's a nice place to live. I love the lake view, it's beautiful.
The staff is very professional, friendly, and accommodating.
The location and customer service is excellent!
There’s a slim chance my opinion will go up but based on the current trend of lack of communication and planning on Princeton homes. If they resolved the issues.
The home and neighbors are amazing. The after sales service is terrible.
Make sure that they have quality craftsman working in your home. Drew was great, and reassuring. He followed up with the project and was responsive. I just wanted my stuff to be done right the first time.
Amazing design service that saved me hours of time! The designer listened to our needs and came up with a few great palettes and tailored her original plan to our specific needs. All this was done through e-mail and video conferencing. I especially appreciated the detailed shong
The job took far too long to be completed, and the communication was poor, however the subcontractors did do decent work.
