We had a great experience with Pro Home 1 start to finish. We had our roof and gutters replaced and also had to solve some ventilation issues. Two of our neighbors had already worked with them and referred them to us so we knew others who were already happy with their experience. Once we met Ralph and learned about the company we were very comfortable moving forward. We had a lot of questions and made some changes along the way and it was no problem at all for Pro Home 1. We are very happy with how everything was done.

Recognized Excellence - Three people: the two installers Greg and Oleg; and the project supervisor Ralph. The workmanship on the installation is beyond my expectations. Ralph is the most amazing supervisor I have ever encountered. He showed up after work and on weekends. If I didn't have cameras around my house I never would have known he was there checking everything.

Ralph was extremely thorough and his presentation was ahead of the group. He explained in detail the process of the project. The craftsmanship was second to none. I would use them again.

Usually these contractors are not very good with communicating with the customer. That was not the case with ProHome1. I was very satisfied with their communication efforts.

Ralph was very professional and worked with us to understand our needs and provided the best solutions out of all the contractors we had contacted (and at a more affordable price point). Ralph worked around our schedules to accommodate our busy lifestyle such as coming either after 5:00PM or on Saturday to meet. He was very knowledgeable and spent time to help us understand the options. We signed the contract on a Saturday and by next Friday they where working on our roof. The crew did miss one shingle on the side but with a call to Ralph they were back to fix it within minutes. The gutters we're put on the Monday following just before it rained. They also had cracked some of the drywall after putting in a skylight and Ralph within a week had a crew member out to fix the problem. Everything looks good and works great. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and time that Ralph put in along with his crew.

Pro Home 1 has given me a new love for my home. After 10 years of roofing problems and regular leaking, Pro Home 1 came in with great accuracy and attention to detail diagnosed our problem and gave us several options to fix it. No other company spent that much time and was that approachable before signing the contract. Thank you Pro Home 1!

Peter and his team were wonderful from start to finish! They showed up early each day and worked all day long- every day, in a ROW, until the work was finished perfectly! They were precise and meticulous in all their work. They cleaned up each evening before they left and laid down protective sheets on my flooring and hung plastic to protect areas of my home that were not being remodeled. I wish I had more projects for them to do because they were amazing! I would recommend them highly to everyone I know!

After the windows were installed, I found a hole in one of the screens. I reported this to one of the workers (perhaps the "supervisor" on the job) and that screen was immediately repaired and put back. The windows seem to be installed well and I have already noticed that they are much more "efficient" in keeping out the cold than the old ones. I am, in general, very satisfied with the job that was done.
