Our Design Center and Showroom also has numerous window displays. At the recommendation of our contractor, we hired Proline to install new Marvin windows, a Provia front door, Hardie board siding, gutters, soffits and Owens Corning roofing. Andy was patient and consultative throughout the purchase and installation cycle, and stayed on top of expected delivery schedules. Peter, his associate, did an excellent and craftsman-like job with the installation. I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

From start to finish, everything was handled in a very professional manner. We met with them several times, once in their very nice showroom in Lake Zurich. I supplied them with examples of the new appearance we were aiming for which was Craftsman style and Pro-Line met our expectations, we are very happy with the results. We chose a combination of James Hardie Shake and James Hardie Lap siding. As a measure of the good workmanship, the vertical butt joints for the lap siding are well-staggered with a color-matching metal "tin" underneath the joint to make the juncture sheds water appropriately. At no time did I feel they were rushing through the job just to make it more profitable for them, a common issue you see these days. All the materials used were James Hardie specified materials and installed according to James Hardie recommendations which can be found at the Hardie website. There were a few very minor "punch list" items at the end of the project that needed attention, these were attended to promptly and satisfactorily. I would definitely recommend them to others.
