This was the second project that Professional Building and Renovations did for us and it won't be the last. Our project took the majority of seven months to complete, not including the time to do the designs, get permits, etc. Rob and his team are first-class craftsmen who are meticulous in their work. You will not go wrong hiring Professional Building and Renovations for your home improvement projects. One of the things that I like most about this company is except for the necessary subcontractors required to do a job, Rob does all the work himself. No gang of people descending on your house day after day.

The owner of Professional Buildings & Renovations (Rob Mignogna) is an excellent communicator, he is responsive and delivers timely on his commitments and has high standards. Rob has a strong team of employees and sub-contractors that share his attributes and standards. We have used Rob and his team for several projects around the house and will continue to do business with him. Rob provides excellent guidance during project planning and execution. The site clean-up after project completion was excellent.

Rob and his team were professional both in the way they carried themselves and the work they performed. I am always hesitant in hiring residential contractors but I would never hesitate in calling them back or recommending. They run a tight ship with good communication.

Once we got moving on the project everything was great. Due to supply chain issues, the appliances and cabinets took longer than originally planned to arrive. As a matter of fact, our gas range was installed one year to the day that it was ordered. Professional Building is very organized and had a daily schedule of what was planned each day. The subcontractors they brought in to do the electrical and plumbing showed up when they were supposed to and on time. Like any job, there were a couple of hiccups along the way, but we were kept in the loop on everything and presented options when applicable.

Professional Building shows up on time each morning and works a full day. They also don't disappear for days at a time leaving you wondering when they will come back. We did have some lapses, but it wasn't due to anything on their end.

Our project was complex. Maybe not to them, but to us. I think it was a minor miracle that everything came together like it did.

Professional Building uses quality materials and they don't cut corners.

I have read numerous horror stories about contractors and remodel job. I don't think any of that will be the case with our job or this company.
