This was our first experience with water damage. I truly put all of my trust into this company when they arrived, late Saturday evening, to place humidifiers and fans. The fans and humidifiers sat for 6 days .. no attempt to remove any flooring, wet carpet, etc. We were simply drying the surface. They also did not put pads down on my hardwood floors, which if they did, could have saved my floors. We ended up calling Property Restoration on Thursday, asking them to come pick up their fans and equipment. The person I spoke to told me he would leave them for the weekend, out of a courtesy, no charge to me, and pick them up on Monday, and that's what he did. Other than placing fans and humidifiers, Property Restoration did nothing to help us with our water problem.

They have old equipment and their staff needs better training.

I've used them on multiple occasions and they were always excellent.

I work nationwide for commercial car care stores and have never worked with them. They took outstanding care for me as if I were a long term customer. They handled things, went above and beyond what they were asked to do, and left an amazing product. I would give them 10 stars!

Their timeliness of the second half of the job was not to my standard of a professional company. They seemed to drop the ball hard when it came to the restoration. They did the remediation great but the construction side was not up to standard. They rushed at the end and the restoration is still not finished.

They were very knowledgeable and exceptional to work with.

I was unhappy with the service as I found lots of trash on my lawn left from their lunches. I also found coins missing from a jar that I kept in my room. When they left, they left an upholstered chair outside and forgot about it. It rained the next day and the chair was ruined. They also gave my insurance company an absurdly low estimate for the repair damage after our fire and caused the claim process to take much more time than it should have getting a local contractor to do the work. I also think they spent way too much time at the house and my neighbor said they were spending most of their time out in the backyard hanging out rather than getting any work done. I think they were milking the insurance company.

I would also like to mention Luke. I talked to him and it happened so quickly I wasn't expecting them to come out so soon. When I talked to Luke he said agreed and said they could have someone out. Then all of a sudden they were here and I was really appreciative of that. There was no wait time.

They did an amazing job, were really professional, nice, and went above and beyond the job. I wasn't expecting anything because the guy that came and did the animal control said they wouldn't be able to get the smell out. Property Restoration came and got rid of the smell. I had a religious meeting at my house that Saturday, and he took care of it and fixed it. It was amazing and I couldn't believe it. At the end when it was all over with, I said thank you and I said they all did amazing. Then, I get a gift card from them. I should have been the one sending them something and I thought that was so thoughtful of them. They wanted to thank me for my business, who does that? I thought that was exceptional of them because you don't get that often.

Missed one room that was wet and moldy

PR rebuilt our front steps (not vandalism related) simultaneous to the siding job. Tim's extensive expertise in engineering and craftsmanship... meant we finally got a stairway to safely honor the front of our bungalow.

Michelle was absolutely fantastic. Cody was very easy to talk to and deal with. The whole process was explained and taken care of and it seemed like they really cared.

They are a very irresponsible company. When they are inside your house they are bad people and they are a bad company.

They were very prompt and they came right away.

Once they got started they did a great job. It took too long for them to get started.

I would like to recommend them to other people that need to have property restored. I showed pictures of the damage to other people and then showed them what was done and they all said, "Wow, you would never know that anything happened."
