Area For Improvement - Again, the still dealing with my insurance company. They are really, really slow and non-responsive. It is painful to deal with them. I had a good experience with Property Solutions. I would tell State Farm that they need to get more agents or adjusters.

The work that was completed was done professionally but there were lapses in their cleanup and responses to messages.

Property Solutions was very responsive to our water leak issue and they were prepared to send someone out at 10 pm to assess the situation. We had turned off the water to the area with the water damage so there was no need for a night visit. They were at our home first thing the next morning.

Area For Improvement - The only issue I had was the length of time it took to actually complete the work. I understand the window had to be made, but it still took 2 months to get the job done.

Area For Improvement - From the first day they were on time and worked very well . First we had the drying out of floor and walls. Men came every day to check on the drying machines that took about 5 or 6 days. Then the repair of walls and painting went rapidly. Put in new wood floor in the living room. The only problem was the finish of the sanding and staining the wood was ruff. Called and they were out the next day to sand and refinish the floor and it is now lovely. Have a new floor in the kitchen . Waiting now for several weeks for cabinets. Then THE END.

Area For Improvement - There were no short falls for me. Everything went seamless and smooth for me. I had no issues. Everyone worked together. I was able to return home and it was great. The crew was great a contacting me. It was a smooth transition in and out the whole way.
