Mike Prusak was very helpful walking us through the application and process dealing with our homeowners insurance. He was always very friendly and extremely polite and courteous. When I had a question he was always available to assist us. Dealing with Mike was a pleasure. I would highly recommend Prusak Roofing. The roofing crew were polite and friendly. The only problem I had with the roofing crew was the fact my wife has many beautiful plants and flowers on our patio and during the roofing process I asked the crew if I should move them. They said no, but then when I went outside to just look at the work, I found they just threw there air hoses and even my garden hose directly on top of the plants. Many of them were damaged. I asked numerous times if I should move them but they said no. Then to see the damage, upset me. Even though, I would still recommend them. Just move anything you may have doubts about.

Additional Comments - It was an enjoyable experience. I have a cat and my cat was even happy with them. He just went to sleep and slept the entire time they were here. My cat was not inconvenienced. I was happy my cat was happy. It was my first time having this type of work done. I told Mr. Prusak I'm your worst nightmare if things are not done the way I want them to be. He just smiled and said okay that is how it should be. It was quality control for sure.
