I would recommend the emergency mitigation portion of their business, as they were very responsive and out the same day to clean up and begin drying our flooded basement. However, we hired them for re-construction and we would definitely NOT recommend hiring that side of the business. Our job was a relatively small job but it took many weeks longer than we were told it would. The initial sub contractor they hired was a poor communicator, seemingly inexperienced, unorganized, and stretched way too thin working many jobs simultaneously. For example, a couple of our basement doors had to be cut to a shorter length and he told me he watched a video on YouTube about how to do it, then he screwed it up and complained that he had spent so much money on them. He then tried to put the water damaged doors back up after sanding and repainting them, thinking they would be good enough, which (not surprisingly) they were not. They did not even remove basic fixtures like a curtain rod prior to painting, got paint on outlets, used the wrong paint, etc. Puroclean agreed their work was subpar and brought in a new team to try and finish the job, and they did do better work, yet they were delayed multiple times as well. In the end, I got to the point where I told them not to come back and I finished the project myself. We had been very patient, probably more than we should have been, understanding they were very busy. To their credit, they did not charge us for work not done and they (and their sub contractors) were kind to us throughout.
The service that was provided was horrible, and I would not recommend this company.
PuroClean Emergency Restoration Services should be more timely and communicative with customers. They are still not done with my home. They are accepting other jobs and delaying my home as a result. I will never recommend this company to anyone else.
PuroClean Emergency Restoration was really good. They came out and handled everything and got everything cleaned up. They were very professional.
I had a service done to correct mold issues. Four months later, the exact issues popped up again, but I was told I'd have to pay for it all over again. I was charged twice for the same service.
They were good when they came out and got my clothing and personal belongings out of the house. I had to call three times to get them to come board up the house and put a tarp on the roof. It still leaked and I had to call back but they never came back. When it rained it rained in the house. They were supposed to do clean up but they filled one dumpster in one day and after two months they hadn't cleaned out the house. After two months I told them I no longer required their service. One other person and I cleaned the house out in two days.
PuroClean Emergency Restoration Services did a thorough job.
Nothing has been done to my house since mid June - my basement has been torn apart since mid June - The reparation process has yet to start. I went all summer without a kitchen and no compensation - without my washer and dryer for two months without compensation- I’ve been completely ignored for 4 months - was not sent the bill until a couple weeks ago after begging and pleading for it - the insurance couldn’t continue without it - I’m still crawling through tarring every day to enter my living area - it has yet to be removed
Our experience with Puro Clean was the absolute worst. We will not recommend to anyone we know. Very slow work, poor communication, and did not even finish the job properly. All documented. Horrible experience in all categories.
They came out on a Sat to Acess the damage. All employed even the lady in the office were very professional.
