Most of the items that have come back to us are not done. There is black soot all over me from the items and many of our things have not been returned to us.

After waiting to hear something about when they were going to start work on the damage to our home, they just showed up, took off the siding on 2 sides of our house and left, not relaying any information about when they would return to complete the job. After several days of phone calls from my husband, workers finally returned and finished the job. Very unprofessional!! They were chosen by our insurance and we agreed to use them, but definitely would not recommend!
