I would never recommend PuroClean Restoration services. They were the most unorganized poorly supervised group of workers I've ever dealt with. They created more damage than restoration. The problem always lies with management. Management sent a group of untrained workers without the right tools to remove flooring after my house was flooded by a faulty dishwasher. The workers threw in the towel and I was fortunate enough to hire another company, Fire Storm Restoration. If you want the job done right steer clear of PuroClean. The owner of PuroClean did pay to have my furniture repaired. What a mess

PuroClean was great. The water damage in the kitchen required a great deal of work and the folks at PuroClean worked hard, kept me informed, were friendly and professional. I am quite happy with the results and would certainly recommend their services.
