Slow to start need work. Asbestos testing discussed on day 0, not done until day 10. Broken equipment put in place and left to run for days, despite me pointing out it was malfunctioning the day it was placed. Time estimate of 3-4 days was given, 10 days in job was only half done and I was asked to sign a work complete form, and after 17 days job was called complete (though I am still fighting a mild problem 2 months later).

What a fantastic company. They were very responsive, adhered to the agreed upon schedule, did a great job on follow up and were incredibly flexible. They made dealing with a basement flood so much easier. Thank you!!
