There was a lack of communication between employees and ourselves in regards to what items needed to be done. I would suggest that anybody working with PDR (or anyone else for that matter) to keep full documentation of all plans and changes. Document everything. Otherwise I thought work was done in a satisfactory manner.

Purpose Driven Restoration delivered a product that was equivalent to what they said it would be. The only complaint that I have is that they did not inform me about the interruption of my cable TV system that I have, everything else was fine. They told me when they were going to be here, showed up on time, and did the job in a timely fashion.
