From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke to Sandy, the front-line representative, I knew this project would be professionally done and I would be in good hands. My initial visit with, Bob, the gentleman who visited my home site and priced the job, was timely and informative. The job started within a few weeks and there was no mess nor disruption to our lifestyle. What an upgrade to the home! My neighbors have noticed! Thank You ~ Quaker State Construction!

Our project started and completed in four days. Martin made exceptions to save our huge clematis plants. Our project looks great and we will see our clematis bloom in September. Quaker State will finish the project in Spring after we cut our clematis back. Really appreciate the care shown for our plants.

Everything was very nice, and they were great. It's a lovely deck, it was just very expensive.

Overall quality of materials and workmanship was decent for the money spent and in the end they made things right. The project took way longer than stated by the salesperson and some of the work was done wrong the first time and had to be corrected. At one point we had to make stink about how long it was taking certain parts to get done (and the project overall). There were nails/screws all over the place throughout and food garbage from workmen (once) that we ended up picking up.

The first deck we had done was in 2011 from Quaker state and the work was excellent. This is why we went with them again. After what took place with the misfortune of the first crew and the rush to try to find another crew To try to finished things I am thankful that they were able to get a crew to come in an work to finish the deck while they were also doing another project. I would just hope that after this experience they would screen their work crews before letting them go out on their own to do projects. This is why I am giving them a 2 here.

I have already recommended you. This is a very good company. The guys are great at what they do, there is no playing around. They come in and do the job.

Quaker State provided a fair estimate of cost, did the work quickly, and provided a quality upgrade to my existing deck.

Installation Crew great / Office staff very poor communicators: The 2 man crew that did the installation was top notch, they themselves communicated daily with progress, including any mishaps that involved them receiving incorrect material that delayed that days work. Crew always reported on time as agreed, worked in very hot & even in rain to complete work for that day. Site was " cleaned up" as best it could be on a daily basis & final cleanup was really perfect. Cannot say enough about the two man installation crew, the end result was terrific ! The one star is simply because the office staff pulled down all of the # 4 very good ratings that the crew should receive.
