Cooper L., who did the roofing work, was the best roofer I have seen. I have done many roofing projects and Cooper was the easiest to work with. He got the job done quickly and in an ample amount of time.

Everything was done on time and the result was terrific.

Professional & Organized - They were very professional through the bid, the build, and everything.

I found that they worked hard to complete the job faster than I thought. It was quality work and was pretty good. There are a couple of things I didn't care for. They used off-colored caulk to put one of the boards back. They didn't have off-white so they used dark grey. This was not deemed important by the representative at all and I didn't appreciate it. The screen in front of the gutters is not secured but can't be sure as I can't get on the roof. It doesn't look like it was fastened properly as much as it should be from what I can see.

They did outstanding work for me.

He checked on us frequently to see that everything was still ok. When a exterior flood light was damaged he replaced it with a new one. Overall I had a pretty good experience. Working with my salesman was easy at first and I was dependant upon them as this was my first roof replacement. 2 weeks after the roof was on, I went up into my attic to get some things out of storage and I was shocked to see particleboard shrapnel all over my stored items (lots of items)!!! I had a difficult time getting my salesman to see eye to eye with the issue, but I mentioned that a word of warning was all that was required and I would have put drop cloths across everything. They did hear me out and are trying to get a cleanup crew up in my attic to sweep and vacuum up all the debris. So... all in all, they put on a good roof, they have and are taking care of me. I do believe that my issue was unique, but there was a SNAFU along the way that I am still working to resolve.

We had wonderfully professional experience. Communication was fantastic. Job was completed quickly and efficiently. We are so pleased with our beautiful roof. No more leaks!!! Thanks!!!

Their workers are immigrants that don't speak English and have no regard of quality of installation of a new roof!. No pride in their work! No regard for your property or the quality of it! They came back three times to fix what they screwed up on the initial installation. Every time they came back they didn't fix the problem they just made each problem worse! I've been picking up nails for two months so far as well. They damaged my new shingles trying to repair what they didn't do right in the first place wearing vibram soled shoes that severely damaged the new shingles because of their non caring attitude! They came back to clean the gutters out and tore off the screens and bent them all to Hell and the gutters weren't cleaned anyway. They have constantly made everything worse every time they came back what they had screwed up from the initial installation. They broke several landscaping lights while installing my new roof which they did replace however I had to fix those after their installation because they weren't installed correctly. Don't walk away from this company, RUN!
They are a substandard company with very inadequate installers!
