The technician came out to set everything up was great and very professional.

They never came back and buried part of the electrical lines. My wife ended up doing it herself.

The garage floor service was fabulous!

We have used them for several systems in our home from water treatment to tankless water heaters and things in between. We love their service.

I would never recommend qualify after the experience we had with the poor communication and your team installing the generator without city approved. To top it off we are still waiting on the warranty information also and you claimed a rebate in my name that you don’t seem to be passing on.

It took longer than I expected for the generator to get hooked up for the gas. I do not know if they have control over Centerpoint Gas and how they get the gas lines prepared for the generator, but that was my only concern.

Did a great job on install

We are most impressed with Quality Home Products and everyone we came across in reference to the purchase of our generator. The installation went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. There are several generators installed in our neighborhood. Our generator sits in the back of our house and is visible from a walking trail. After the installation, numerous neighbors knocked on our door to tell us that they had never seen such a great installation. Who would have thought that a generator install would prompt such a response! Thank you Quality Home Products for a job well done.

I’m fine with paying for extra quality and less pain in the a___, but in retrospect, I would probably just arrange install myself given Quality is prob 30-40% higher cost. While sales team was great, poor advance location planning and billing processes were frustrating.

They did a very good job of making sure I got my product installed and were very diligent in getting things done. I really didn't have to do anything in the process.

We ordered a 150 KW generator which took over a year to be delivered by Generac.However,Quality went out of its way to offer a smaller generator on loan(we didn't take up on their offer as our need was not urgent).Their service staff did an excellent job installing the necessary connections.They were always courteous and kept their appointments.

They came and did the job on time, as expected. They were responsive when answering questions. I've used them twice, and I feel they delivered products that were of good quality. We've had no issues.

We still have not had our yard completed. There are electrical issues that are still unresolved. Something continues to trip the generators, and it's happening quite often. Also, something exploded in our generator, and HVAC helped out and did a great job. However, we now owe $1500 while we are still waiting for things to be completed.
