I paid a little extra to go with Quality Home Products because I wanted someone that would service what they sell and my brother bought from them and was happy overall. For scheduled routine maintenance they have done okay. I have had my generator for just under 4 years, and in that time we have had a couple of weather events where I needed my generator. It worked no problem and that's great. However for the second time my elderly brothers generator did not start and it was just service 3 weeks prior to Beryl hitting. Both times I called Quality to try and get him some help and all I get is voicemail. We have been calling for three days and nothing. Left messages with no reply.. So be warned if you have an issue during a weather event you are on your own!

It's all well worth it.

The initial install did not go well since there was a small leak on the pipe, but they were able to get it rectified quickly after it was reported. I have a positive impression of the company.

It was a fantastic staff, a fantastic job, and everyone was incredibly professional.

The service was nice. The process is very seamless. The installation was very quick. At the time, we really needed to get the product by a certain day, and they worked together to make it happen. It's very new. We have only had the system for a few months. We think the quality is great! But I can't speak much on that since it's only been a few months.

They were very inconsistent and lacked transparency.

We would rate it a 5, but there is a problem and the installation guy didn't put anything in. There is no service for us. He says it can break. He said he will get it fixed and send somebody out, but we haven't heard anything yet.

Quality Home Products of Texas came to my house for installation. The WiFi capability is not working, and no one has come back or reached out to take care of this issue.

They broke my pipe. They have zero chance of my recommending them.

I saw a change in my skin appearance within 72 of drinking and bathing with our whole House water filtration system....we even took pictures of the changes and feel of my skin. I Got a Testimony!!!

Installation not complete, still pending Filtration system installed. I was contacted and scheduled for 8am on 8/31 but no one showed up. No call, no show. Called and left several messages regarding this, yet to hear from them.
