I called Quality Services Roofing because they did a roof job for my neighbor, and they raved about them, and I checked with a few others. They lived up to everything they said, and they were very professional.

Quality Services Roofing, Inc. did an excellent job on my roof replacement. I was impressed with their professionalism, workmanship, and customer service. Each person, from my initial contact with John for my job estimate, my contact with both Peggy & Sheri in the office re scheduling and paperwork, to the first day of installation, with Chris showing up at 6:45am. He introduced me to Juan, my job lead and his crew of Benjamin, Kevin, Oscar and Wilder. All of my questions were answered readily throughout the 2-day installation (some rain delays), and everything John said would happen, did in fact occur just as I anticipated. I could not be more happy with my total experience of this large project. My neighbors have been very complimentary on my new Owens Corning Duration roof. GREAT JOB!!

We found them to be extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy from the Estimator to the office staff and the team of installers. The roof system was installed at a very reasonable price as well. We are so happy with our decision and would highly recommend!!!

The owner, Jason Hise, was on top of things from the beginning. He followed up like he said he would. The superintendent was on time and the office staff handled things very professionally with multiple callbacks, and they adhered to the schedule that they had promised. It was perfect.

I was extremely pleased with everything they did from beginning to end. I would use them again because they did a wonderful job.

We are very satisfied with the product, and we did not have any complaints. They did the best that they possibly could to get our roofing materials and get our project started quickly, even though COVID delayed part of the project. They worked around everything and were wonderful in every aspect!

They were a good value. I got other estimates from other companies, and I feel I got a lot for a good price! Another thing I liked was the price I was quoted was an all-inclusive price. There wasn't anything added to it later. I was not uncharged when things came up. I really appreciated that! I was really impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and the cleanup after they were done.

He proved me with professional materials regarding the products that would be used and a color selection for the shingles. The crew was very friendly and worked quickly. I am so glad that we chose Quality Services Roofing. To answer a few questions regarding our reroofing; The job took 2 days from start to finish. The cleanup crew picked up all the debris and nails. I contacted my insurance company and will be saving $336 this year by having a new roof. Most of all, my mind will be at ease knowing not only knowing do we have a new roof but, it was done right. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up on this one!!!!!!

They are an outstanding company and have outstanding workers.

Quality completed my new roof in two partial days. They followed through with a promise to remove dark rubber marks on the driveway and replace a solar tube that had been damaged with the removal of the old shingles. The trash that came from the old shingles was picked up the entire time their crew worked on the roof. I have already recommended them to several neighbors.
