Communication and support throughout the whole process was great. When an error was discovered, they were upfront about it and very accommodating in finding a solution.

I talked with at least two different groups to try and get the windows replaced in our historic home. Quality was by far the most customer friendly and well informed. The work was overseen and any questions answered in a timely manner. When the windows had missing prices the crew chief told me and then went and purchased those parts to complete the job without extra cost to me. The product looks amazing and we look forward to being able to use all our windows this spring for the first time since we bought the house 7 years ago.

This is our second house using QWD. Both times, extremely satisfied.

We love our doors, they are beautiful. The problem is the installers. We called as the doors were so tight due to the humidity that I couldn't close them. This is after we had them come back out to address issues previously. At the second visit the installer was upset that he might actually have to take the whole door out. He did a patch job which obviously did not work. Today they sent out the gentleman who is the "fixer". He is going to remove our whole front door and reinstall. Apparently shims were used to make it fit in the middle of the door which made it too tight while being too loose at the bottom and top of both sides. The threshold is still weak after their second attempt. I have great faith that this man will fix the door properly but am extremely annoyed that it took this to get it done properly. The side door that we also had problems with was repaired by him today.

Overall we had an outstanding experience with Quality Window and Door. We love our windows. The selection and purchase experience was straightforward and I didn’t feel like we were being oversold. Installation was quick and the crew was very friendly and tidy.

Overall, I am very please with Quality Window & Door. While the door took twice as long to arrive, it was to be expected during a pandemic. But the team was very communicative with me and even reached out to the factory to double check dates and keep on top of the order. The installation was beyond amazing. The crew really took the time to understand the issues we were having and put in extra effort to make sure everything was sealed properly and leak proof. I will definitely be reaching out again when it is time to replace windows.

All the installation went fine, and sales were fine, but I felt it took a bit long for the window order. Of course during COVID, I should expect that.

Really nice people to deal with. The installation crew did a great job and Jared saved us money by suggesting that we just replace the sashes in the existing windows.We felt that everyone was honest and trustworthy and the product we received was high quality.

Christian Barnoy at the Merrifield office did an excellent job of assisting me with the purchase of my windows. I was happy with his professionalism and speedy response to my many questions. He was also happy to assist me when I wanted to replace my windows in phases and I look forward to working with him again in the spring. Tracy in the scheduling office was also great and arranged my installation before the holidays. Install team did a "perfect" job and was very careful with both the interior of my home and also my exterior landscaping. Highly recommend the Weathershield windows as they are really high quality product.

The job and materials were explained well, lots of questions asked during the estimate to make sure the order would be right and then a follow up visit before the order was made to review the job. We have not had the windows long but so far they are working great.

Highly recommended!!! I was impressed with Quality Window & Door from start to finish...from the initial customer service to the quality of the finished product. I had nine windows replaced and am now planning to have Quality replace the remaining five this summer. I'll be looking into replacing the front and back doors too.
