This is the second time we have used Quality Doors and Windows for window replacement. We returned because of the Company's focus on high quality installation and customer satisfaction. Eric Warm, as owner is very involved and committed to the company and installation. He provided our estimate, and was responsive to our phone calls/inquiries. The installation team that he used was very professional and likewise focused on a high quality job. We did experience a significant scratch in one of the windows, but Eric once again was very responsive and worked with the manufacturer to have it replaced at no charge to us. We would definitely recommend Quality Windows and Doors and will return for any future window replacements.

They didn't show my wife or daughter how to work the door. They didn't leave any instructions on how to use the door or lock the door. The screen part of the door has a lock that does not work.

Overall, the job was satisfactory. However, the installation crew had problems hanging a side door straight. I called the company, and they responded and managed to straighten up the door. Also, I had to call in because I needed one window replaced, and two others where the trim had to be fixed by Milgard. I am happy overall with the product.

I am very happy with the quality of the workmanship of the product. The staff was very helpful and professional.

Cannot say enough good things about Quality Windows & Doors. From my first meeting with Harold, until my new front door was ordered and installed, everything was handled professionally and on time. The installation crew kept everything neat and clean inside & out. This is my second "contract" with Quality Windows and am equally pleased.
