While I think that the roofing job and materials are very good your roof repair costs for “ rotten and broken boards “ is a total rip off. The roofers broke many boards on the older roof that had 1x6x8 planks. They recorded 40 “ occurrences” and charged me $4000. It was a total of 80sqft of material and one guy for about 6 hours to cut and replace the boards they fractured. His work did not delay the rest of the crew. Total time and materials for this should have been maybe $1000. You guys basically over charged me by $3000.
If any one asks me I will tell them that your work is good but to not accept the quote with the “occurrences” clause because you could have easily charged me for 100 occurrences and I’d be stuck for $10000. Not a happy customer.

don't know anyone that needs a roof and because of the initial problems with the gutters I am not likely to recommend this company to them unfortunately

They were very easy to work with. They did a timely installation and cleaned up well after the completed project. They explained everything to me about the Owens Corning shingles.

It was a routine job. They did what they said they would do and were on time. It went very well. They found problems with the previous roofing.

The installation crew was amazing. When they got here that morning they didn't stop until the project was done. They came back to clean up the nails a second time and left the magnet. We are pleased with the installation and the shingles look good quality.

The only issue we had was receiving the final papers. The quality, workmanship and knowledge was superb! We like the fact that they will come back for yearly inspections.

I used to do gutters for a living. When they showed up here, they had my whole doorway blocked. I could not even use it. I had to have them come down and remove a microwave and materials. They crushed all my gutter protectors on my gutters. The gutter company had to come back out three different times. I was harassed by them about why Quantum did not pay them, and they were wanting to know where their money was and what did I say to Quantum. They came back, harassing me multiple times. Quantum said they fired them, but I have a wIfe and child her and this bothers me.

I had an excellent experience with Quantum roofing. The final product is high quality, looks great and it’s leak free. Logan was professional and worked with me to resolve any open items I had.

I enjoyed working with them. They knew the restrictions I was under and they gave me options and worked with me.

They have excellent and friendly customer service. My roof did post an issue. They did resolve the issue. The work looks professional.

Having referrals to contact was a big part of our decision to go with Quantum Roofing. Since we are Seniors. I won't lie, it was a big deal that there was an opportunity for us to finance this expenditure .

I have just received an additional charge from them of $700.00 over and above the contract price for their not estimating accurately. Not my fault They indicated that my roof was found to be three layer and cost them more to remove.They said that there was no way of knowing it was three layer until they started roof removal which is wrong as they showed me a side view picture showing three layers,Prior to roof removal.. Interestingly enough it has taken them this long to notified me of this and not any where near the roof completion date. Also during installation process they left deep ruts in my yard which have yet yo be repaired.

Quantum performed a quality installation using the materials and methods as contracted in a professional way. That is what homeowners expect and pay for. I have recommended Quantum to others.
