If something is important to you don't let any communication go unverified. I had a hard time giving anything less than a four in any category. They certainly did not fall short in effort.

We had our bathroom remodeled to include a shower/tub (we did not have a tub in beforehand), a door removed (we had two and only needed one access way into the room), carpet removed and flooring put in, the bathroom and adjacent room painted. During the entire process Wayne and Patty were sure to keep us appraised of the progress and what would be done when. The work area was always tidy and they were extremely considerate. All involved were always friendly, courteous and professional. They were helpful in picking out materials and giving us the information we needed to make the best decisions. Additional Comments - In addition I will say that the work areas were kept organized and clean. The work crews arrived on schedule and were always attentive and polite. It was a true pleasurable experience to watch this project from start to finish.

R & R Express was recommended to us by a friend. The positive reviews on their web page gave us more hope of a favorable experience. Then working with the staff to coordinate and schedule the project added to our confidence. When they actually came out to complete the work we were totally impressed. Everyone who we dealt with was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. They were punctual, organized, and efficient. Their workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Professional & Organized - The ultimate bottom line for us was the quality of work performed which in this case was excellent. The added bonuses were that the personnel were punctual, clean, well dressed, polite, well spoken, professional, skilled, and hard working; the truck, trailer and other equipment was all clean and in good repair, and even the tool trailer was tidy and organized.

Schedule

Schedule - R & R Express personnel were punctual to a tee. They were on time each morning, took a reasonable lunch break on-site, and worked through the afternoon. They finished our job ahead of schedule.

Communication

Communication - Early in the process Patti and Kristen were quick and thorough in their email responses to answer my questions and schedule the work. During the project Wayne made a point of keeping us informed and up to date with the progress. He also took time to meet with us and discuss additional aspects of the project. All of the R & R Express personnel were pleasant and professional.

Clean & Safe

Clean & Safe - We were impressed at the care R & R Express personnel took to protect the remainder of the house from being affected by construction related dust and dirt.

Value

Value - This type of work is expensive regardless of who does it. In terms of "you get what you pay for", we are very satisfied with the quality of work and all other aspects of getting the work done.

Product Selections Process - Wayne took time to answer our questions and make recommendations on the best product for an unrelated project that we asked him about. He also gave us recommendations for other service providers (plumbers) too.
