They need to improve their customer service and at least call the day before to make sure anyone is home. As for the quality on the windows, I have a thermometer in that room and it's been 88 degrees in there. It is really hot at night. The windows fog up so I can't see out my windows anymore. When I asked if the windows were going to be the same as my old windows, which never fogged up and had smaller windows at the bottom so I could vent the room, I was informed they no longer make them that way. Why didn't they tell me ahead of time? I would have gone with Four Seasons who put them in originally. I don't have anyone to complain to!
