Rain City Roofers had very good ratings and their crew was very attentive to details and workmanship. If I had a question they were quick to respond, their answers were clear and concise and they were very approachable andreassuring. The shingles can tolerate winds over 100mph and the architecturaldesign is very attractive. I often receive compliments on my roof now.

Don Lape, sales manager, was the representative who inspected, educated me on roofing, and provided the estimate. There was absolutely zero stress. He is kind, personable, but more importantly experienced and knowledgeable. The price for this beautiful, 50 year warrantied roof, was surprisingly affordable! It was literally 50% less than the previous roofing company's estimate. They did everything as expected with the job on budget.

Very nice company to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive to my lack of knowledge. We had a bit of an issue with a subcontractor of theirs who did the gutter work on our house. The gutters were great, but our front landscaping got a bit trampled, and one downspout needed some additional work. The owner came in person to address our concerns, and offered reasonable solutions to the minor issues. Would use them again if I had another house in need of a roof. Will also highly recommend them.

Of all the companies I had estimates from, Rain City Roofers was the most professional and knowledgeable. They explained every step of the process. Their crew was on time (very rare on the coast) every day and worked non-stop. They got the entire job done in 3 days and answered all my questions along the way. They left the yard clean and free from nails etc. I would highly recommend Rain City Roofers!!! My roof looks great and I got a 50 year roof for the price that most of their competitors wanted for a 30 year roof.

Rain City Roofers did a wonderful job, working in a timely manner as weather allowed, were very professional. We are very pleased with the job they did.

They provided positive input for our needs, with a leak that was currently happening the placed a tarp over the source of the leak until they could take care of the new roofing which was accomplished in a minimal amount of wait time. Their on site employees were very congenial, friendly, professional and accomplished their task with little or no procrastinating... a job well done by the owners and employees. We had five or six different estimates. Rain Citys estimate was about average but we were impressed with the knowledge and the professionalism. They were very aware of the Covid-19 problem and they worked with it very safely. They also gave us a military discount. We are very pleased with them and we would recommend them to anyone.
