All work completed quickly, with transparency. Rainbow provided quality work updates.

They swindled us out of almost $1,200 and in total were paid close to $3,800 to remove a tree limb (the cost of removing a full sized tree).

Rainbow’s front office and their project lead, Chris, were outstanding in taking the time to explain, provide suggestions, options and recommendations. Chris was extremely flexible in having telecons to work schedules out or approaches around my long hectic work hours.

They were very professional, very good, and mostly on time. I really don't have any complaints. We did have a little problem with the ceiling at one point, but it was rectified. As far as I know, everything is fine.

They took way too long to finish the work and could have finished it a lot sooner than they did. I don't think they worked as efficient as they could to get the job done sooner.

I would not recommend them. A lot of issues, broke stuff in my house, not very responsive on the weekend and they changed prices around. An example: They told me I had to pay half of the amount owed in order to have the glass door for my shower created. I paid half, then they came back and said no we won't order it until you pay the full amount, even though I had documentation of them stating otherwise. I had to wait an additional 3 weeks just to get my shower door.

They were very nice in their work, not messy, and cleaned up everyday before they left. The craftsmanship was superb and I couldn't be happier.

Although for the most part I was satisfied with the quality of the work, I had concerns with their work schedule My house did not to seem to be a priority for them.

I am basically satisfied with the job, but I would like to speak to the owner, and see him.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a contractor. Every time I turned around it was another week and another meeting with someone else, and then they could start for another 2-3 weeks. They pull off the job even though I asked not to and I had to start over with a new contractor. My frustration was resolved by another company who came in and were very responsive to our situation. They started working on the fixes within two days and the met our timeline. In hind site, Rainbow walking away was the best thing for our situation because they would have not even come close to what this other company did for us. The new company renegotiated with the insurance company for the walls and roof. Much better better outcome and for sure way better timing...I would never recommend this company.
