They did a thorough job in cleaning the damage that was caused by the fire that occurred in my home. They packaged everything and maintained close communication with me throughout the whole process.

I had no idea what a pack out was. But from my first phone call from Rainbow International I felt comfortable having them do whatever it was they were going to do. I can only day they exceeded my expectations by volumes. I now know what a pack out is and should I ever have to go thru what I did to put me in contact with Rainbow International, they are my first call. Lock your bathrooms so their employees can't use them. They defecated in my toilets with the water shut off so the toilets couldn't flush, and just left it.

Needs to improve on what employees do while unsupervised ! Labeling of essentials needs to improve ! Things out of the kitchen were not labeled as kitchen but bedroom one or living room that were needed !

The first employee that showed up at our house, July 13th, was very courteous and hard working but he said that he did not have the authority to remove the wet carpeting( as stated by Allstate Insurance ) and it stayed on our floor until 2 employees finally showed up on Tuesday, July 17th. They worked very hard and removed the carpet and dried the cement underneath. During that time we had very wet carpet and a horrible odor.

The workman went above and beyond to make sure we had great prices.

We were thoroughly pleased with them. They are professional, courteous, did what they said and kept us advised on what was going on. I would recommend them to anyone.

Greg and Josh came down from Columbia and were very nice. My house was a total lost. Everything had to go. They were quite courteous. They were well trained. I had a fellow that was local named Emmet. He was a hardcore worker. Their boss man was Phil. We stayed in touch. They know about mold a few better than me. I placed deeds and other paper in Ziploc bags to keep. We had a disagreement but I felt I had to do that. They were wonderful and I would highly recommend them. Greg and Josh are great workers, well concerned, and trustworthy. I had change around the house that they found and they returned it as they found it. The change added up to almost two thousand dollars!

Insurance company contacted Rainbow and a technician called me right away on same day of incident. An appointment for water extraction and drying of affected areas was made and the technician was professionally prompt, courteous, and efficient in resolving the problem in a very timely manner before further damage could occur.

Phillip Workman was excellant in helping us get our water damage taken care of. He made us feel very secure that he was properly trained and we would get the job done.

My 1st appt. with Rainbow went fine. My next appt. after having the damaged wood cut out of our floor and all the debris that was left on our floor with fans blowing was a disaster! Two of us got debris in our eyes which wasn't necessary had it been properly cleaned up. I cleaned it up myself! We had multiple visits from people coming and each time no one addressed where the actual leak came from in our ceiling and no one ever had a ladder to check it! Plus we were told our floors that were wet would be sprayed with a treatment to prevent mold and it was never done! Plastic was put up in our doorways to try to keep debris from going elsewhere but wasn't put up properly until one employee made it right and cleaned up more for me! I commend him for trying to make it right! When taking the plastic off of one of my doorways from the 1st guys that put it up, they used double sided tape that took off my paint on our wall real bad down to the sheet rock. After showing Rainbow, I was told this wall would be repaired and repainted throughout our home since our walls were painted in 2002 and would not match the rest of our walls since this paint color was throughout our house. The repairman Rainbow sent to our home to look at this wall that was damaged even said it would be hard to match the paint since it was done in 2002 and he would not be taking on this job! After their representative discussed this with their general manager, they said she would only let them fix the one wall they damaged and would not do any other walls regardless if the original paint on our walls was 14 years old and wouldn't match the rest of our walls. As a customer, this is unacceptable as it was not our fault that their employees damaged our wall and now they won't do the right thing to put our house back to what it originally was. Since I was told their decision, I haven't received one phone call from anyone with Rainbow trying to rectify this problem! Plus I had to have an employee come back out of higher authority to check our ceiling since it was never checked for mildew and we feel should be cut out and checked especially because of all the stains on the ceiling and sagging in some areas. I was told many things that were wrong that needed to be done down to the insulation hanging below our floors from the wetness of the rain damage, and was going to be passed on to our insurance adjuster. After talking to our adjuster, we were told nothing more was going to be done because that person didn't tell our adjuster the same findings he told me. So, Rainbow in my opinion is NOT the company to go with because they did not do a thorough job and do it right, do NOT stand behind repairing your house when they damage it and do NOT give the same information they tell you to your insurance adjuster that can be detrimental to your health!!! Plus Rainbow was paid for what they did to our house that I don't think they should have been until they fixed the damage they did to our home and tell our insurance adjuster the same information they told me on the additional work that should have been done to our home to make sure it was a safe environment for our family to live in especially when they told me if it was them, that's what they would recommend!

Amazing service and work crew!! They will give you all information you need and they will answer any questions you may have no matter how many time you need to ask. Rainbow International made my bad situation a great experience.

They made a lot of mistakes. When they were taking out the flooring, they chipped the tile in my fireplace. They chipped the tile in my bathroom, and they dinged my door in the kitchen.

I have never had a service that was as professional as they were! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We experienced a traumatic flood in our home at 4 AM. The downstairs of our home was completely flooded. Rainbow International arrived at the scene within hours and ensured us that they would take care of us. We were completely satisfied with their care, compassion, and their high quality service.
