My experience with Rainbow International wasn’t the best when it came to dealing with them and my insurance adjuster. The employees that came out made sure my home was mitigated properly. The problem I had with Rainbow International was that all of the service that was done at my home was not included in the report that was submitted to my insurance adjuster regarding my insurance claim. Since the insurance adjuster didn’t receive all of the work the mitigation team performed at my home in their restoration report, part of my restoration claim was denied. That incident made it a big burden on me because my insurance adjuster didn’t replace the items that were removed by Rainbow International due to water damage.

We had a small fire in our garage so it was a very stressful time for us. Rainbow International came in and were helpful, friendly and they listened to us and responded very well. The work went on schedule and the quality was excellent. They came back and addressed any questions or needs that we had. We have already told people what a great job they have done, we definitely recommend them.
