As they were the only legitimate company willing and able to show up and do the work they get 3 stars, otherwise it would be 1. From the 2 week unannounced delay, trashed wood floors, "misplaced" items, not laying the carpet I asked for, getting paint on preexisting carpet, use of MY tools, filth left behind, and general all around lack of supervision resulted in a less than satisfactory job, such that they owed me money at the end. If you can get another company, do it.

The workmanship is good but doing it in a timely manner is terrible, so if you want it done in less than a month don't use them.
