RAM Exteriors did an outstanding job in every way from a service standpoint, as well as showing up and finishing on time.

1) Failed to use the materials specified in the Quote / work order and on the Building Permit, Specifically the Owens Corning Snow and Ice Edge and Starter shingles. Some of this was remedied on the subsequent repairs, some was not.2) Sent undocumented & uninsured workers to the Job, despite specifying the contrary on the work order and Building Permit.3) Failed to adequately supervise the Undocumented & Uninsured workers, the quality of their work was not checked they were not using 6 nails per shingle, or the correct underlayment & Ice Edge. 4) Failed to pay for the Building permit w Telford, borough called the homeowner (me) for payment, I had to Call Rick and Joe multiple times and it took weeks to get them to pay.5) Destroyed gutter on the back of Roof, sent a subcontractor to replace. 6) Multiple basic quality issues, shingles that were not nailed down, joints with major gaps7) Dripped silver roofing Tar all over my Propane Grill and Grill cover. 8) Left Rusty nails in the yard, one of my kids stepped on one and cut her foot. 9) Failed to provide Proof of insurance to Telford (required for the permit)10) Multiple return trips to fix or redo portions of the work originally done, repeated lies about what had been fixed and what had not been fixed, resulted in the Homeowner needing to take 5 days of vacation time from work in order to supervise and recheck the work as it was being redone.11) Failed to submit & pay for the manufacturer’s Warranty, which had been specified in the work order, months after the job was complete.

We had a lot of weather delays that brought the project from the fall into spring. Before removal and replacement of the old roof a leak developed. I was pleased that Ram was able to take care of the leak by expertly tarping and patching the problem areas. There was no charge for the service and the quick fix got us through a very wet and windy winter.

RAM Exteriors was knowledgeable, very courtous. They did everything they said they were going to do on time and I was very satisfied with the job they did. I would recommend them.

I was very pleased with their work and they did everything they said they would do. They were the best bargain, one other outfit I had give me a quote was almost $2000.00 more than RAM and it was the same quality of materials. I think they met my expectations and exceeded them.

RAM gave us a very fair price on two separate jobs. They scheduled the work promptly and completed the job very professionally. They also fixed a small issue we had on our front porch at no additional cost. Will definitely use them again for upcoming projects.

Additional Comments - After researching many roofing companies, we decided to hire Ram Built Exteriors to handle our roof and gutter replacement. They were very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Once we were ready, we were put on the schedule and within a couple of weeks and the work began. It only took a day and a half for the roof to be completed and another half day for the gutters. We’re so pleased with the results that we would strongly recommend Ram Built Exteriors to our family, friends and neighbors.
