They were excellent. I am extremely happy. They were professional, quick and did everything they were supposed to do. They were kind, and I felt good having them on my premises because they were just such handworkers. They actually gave me a major lift in my spirits. I have stage four cancer, and it can be rough, and it was like they were a gift sent to me, and it helped lift me so much. It is beautiful, and I love it, and I am so thrilled I had it done and had them do it. I can't say enough good things about them.

For anyone looking for a new roof, I felt that Rapid Restore Roofing and Restoration didn't waste my time. Some companies come out and keep you captive for three hours with high pressure sales. They make you feel like if you are a woman that lives alone that you know nothing, and they know everything. Rapid Restore Roofing and Restoration doesn't ask for money up front. You don't pay them until the job is done, you review the work, and you are happy. That is important and shows they have integrity. They aren't taking your money, they are invested with you in the performance of putting a new and safe roof on. I asked for a roof cricket after seeing commercials on it. They educated me about the benefits of it and the requirements to get one on my house. They said I didn't need one. They said as mush as they would like to give me everything I think I need, that it was just a Facebook advertisement I was responding to. They said the knowledge is the better thing to have, that is what we are here to do. They took pictures and measured the chimney. Someone else came out and made me think it was necessary. They said no, your roof wouldn't be best served with that. He built a sample one in front of me and showed me what would happen if they tried to force the issue and create what I was looking for. They noticed something on one of my vents that was cracked, it was plastic. They said they would give me a new one that is metal, so I would be happier. It was like a blessing. They had my best interest at heart. They were very neat and clean, everyone showed up, and they respected my property.
