I really enjoyed the people and ultimately they did a good job. The materials they used were excellent. It's just that the delays and the necessity of having to do things over again eroded the experience.

I got a quality job and it was completed in a timely manner, my roof was completed torn off and re-installed in 2-days. The on-site supervisor was very helpful in making sure the work area was kept as clean as possible.

The staff was super knowledgeable about roofing (knew the names of different ridge vents and stuff like that) and provided a clear, easy to understand contract. On-site team was super professional and worked quickly. Job well done!

Mike and Scott were both extremely helpful and professional. They definitely knew their product and really wanted to make sure both my husband and I got what we wanted. They were very easy to work with.

We recently had our roof replaced and chose Rapid Roofing for the job. When Mike came out to our house for the initial estimate he really took his time to assess our roofing situation and he answered all our questions. He then provided us with a no pressure estimate as well as financing options. We really like Mike: calm, honest, trustworthy and just a nice guy. After talking to a few other contractors, it was easy to make the decision to move forward with Rapid Roofing. Mike came back for the shingle color selection and the actual roofing job was completed a few weeks later with a pretty large and hardworking crew (8 people) that worked all day (and part of the evening) to complete our roof. Everything looks great thanks to Rapid Roofing!

They tore off the whole roof and replaced it within one day. They did an excellent job. There is nothing I can say I disliked because I liked everything. The workers were very courteous, kind, and pleasant. The manager that came out wanted to make sure everything was satisfactory to my needs and it definitely was. He was a very good person and definitely customer oriented. He wanted to make sure my satisfaction was guaranteed and it was.
