Professional all the way.
The customer service was horrible. The job started in April, and just ended in November.
Excellent from start to finish!
Our experience was hurry up and wait. Salesman was very rushed, only brought one surround sample with him, and provided no help with color matching to home. He kept saying he had to get to next appointment. Same thing when we met him at the showroom, their selection was very limited and many items were out of stock. He kept writing up new paperwork and was irritated when we had to change selections. And again, he had to get to next appointment. They “claim” “complete bath remodel”, but don’t do walls, linen or wall cabinets, or mirrors. Salesman said discounts he gave were due to them being 14 weeks behind on install, and discount for multi-bath project. But, come bill time, they demanded cash, saying we agreed to “cash discount” when we hurriedly signed form, because he had to get to next appointment. And ReBath as a company refuses to provide you with an itemized bill. There was a discrepancy of over $600, from the receipts we had from salesman to the final bill. And it took a lot of fighting to get an itemized bill. Then the salesman claimed he forgot to bill us for multiple items and a permit fee, and tried to include those to “cover” the discrepancies. The franchise owner claimed no one wants an itemized bill, just a lump sum total - but that is not true from the many nationwide reviews I read from paying customers who also wanted an itemized bill and were denied one. The ONLY shining star was the installer, wish I knew his name, he was fabulous and much more knowledgeable than the salesman. Salesman told us ReBath is now the contractor for Lowe’s, and it is apparent now, that they cannot handle the volume, and have become quantity over quality, like so many other companies. And I can’t help but feel cheated by the lies of the salesman, and their refusal to provide upfront transparent itemized pricing. I will be writing to my states Attorney Generals office about this practice.
Excellent work.
Very pleased with quality of product and work crew installation.
We are both at the point where we need a walk-in shower. We love it, the only problem is that once we get in, we don't want to get out!
The contractor, Ronnie, was very professional in every aspect of the job. His level of skill, knowledge and quality of work is what you would like for all tradesmen to have. He knows his trade well and he took no shortcuts.
Working with Re-Bath overall was great, from the planning stage to installation. Visiting the showroom was very helpful in making the final decisions on style and color.
He did an excellent job.
I am likely to recommend Re-Bath of the Triad/Triangle to a friend. We thank you guys very much. It was a really great job.
With the help of Jay and Scott Koehler, we now have an outstanding master bathroom! Our house, being built in the 1960's, has a typical-of-the-period small master bath. But with the expertise of Jay in sales, the amazing computer generated proposal, the wonderful showroom, Scott leading the project, and Stan the lead carpenter, we were able to transform our master bath to the showpiece of our home.
Wonderful service, wonderful workmanship, wonderful from start to finish
I am satisfied with the work that was done.
Already recommended to my family and friends.
Salesman knowledgeable, was honest about the timeframe. When we were finally scheduled, all went according to plan. My husband LOVES his new shower.
installation tech left spots on our bathroom floor. They dropped the purple liquid on the floor and to get it off they damaged the floor and after numerous requests have never returned to take care of it.
I have already had several neighbors look at my bathroom and they seemed impressed.
No one is perfect.
Their workmanship and quality of the product is fantastic!
Scott sent a plumber out to fix a faucet before they were scheduled to come out and remodel the shower and did not charge me. Bob the installer was efficient and made no mistakes.
From the time we contacted them until the job was completed, all those involved were helpful and always listened and answered all our questions very thoroughly and without hesitation.
Job was done exceptionally well. The crew was timely, professional.freindly and so knowledgeable. The finishing product was so very beautiful,as well as meeting our needs. We are so pleased.
Re-Bath of the Triad/Triangle were very courteous, attentive to detail and very clean.
INSTALLATION WAS CAREFULLY AND NEATLY DONE. SO FAR WE ARE WAITING FOR COMPLETION OF RENOVATIONS SO
WE CAN MOVE IN AND TRY OUT OUR NEW SHOWER.
My teeny tiny 1937 bathroom got a complete redo and looks amazing. It is much more functional and every thing is clean and shiny and truly beautiful.
It was one of the easiest things I have ever done from beginning to end. It was super easy.
The process was extremely easy from initial contact to install! Very happy with the finished product!
The technician Stan was fantastic and funny, he cares about his job, and about everything like he's doing the job at his own house.
Their timing and quality of work and product were great. I was pleased and it was exciting to watch. I'm very satisfied with the outcome.
The workmanship is beautiful. Every single day I appreciate the look of my bathroom!
Re-Bath did a good job. Very satisfied with the work.
I was most pleased with my conversion from tub to shower from the beginning to the end. Brian Fink came out and brought samples of everything and was so helpful in helping me make a decision. Everything he showed me and the figures we gave me for installation were all perfect. James,
the installer was so professional and he cleaned up perfectly each evening when he quit for the day. It took about three days to complete and James made it so easy for me and he kept me informed of each step. I love my new walk-in shower!! Highly recommend them and have done so several times.
Yes we are very please with our bathroom the quality of the work and the time that it took to install. You will love Re-Bath.
I am pleased with my bathroom and my main disappointment was that it took so long to get it in.Da
Everything was as planned, The installer was super nice.
The gentlemen from your company were great and cleaned up so well. I see ads on TV for other bath companies and they only used plain plywood. I can only imagine what their price is for using plywood.
Everything worked out just fine.
Red-Bath did a fantastic job.
Everything they said they would do they did and he did it in a timely manner. He came back when he should. He kept a clean work area. We were totally satisfied when he finished. We were very pleased.
Everyone with Re-Bath we came into contact with during our bathroom renovation was caring, knowledgeable, and professional.
Great materials, great job; only hang up is this job was super expensive (which we new in advanced) compared to other friends that got the same job in other franchise territories. But because of Re-Bath's reputation we felt they were the company to go with. With aging parents it was an investment that was worth it.
They were very professional in all areas from sales to finished product. Answered all questions, courteous, good job of cleaning up. Very satisfied.
They did a great job!
ReBath of the Triad has done work for us several times. Each time our bathroom has been transformed beautifully. I love the work that ReBath does.
Re-Bath has a lack of responsiveness with communication. The quality of the job completed by Re-Bath is also questionable.
Very pleased with the whole Re-Bath experience. The remodel project for our master bath went smoothly and very satisfied with the results.
We are very satisfied with the product and the service that we got.
Re-Bath did a quality job and completed it quickly.
I think they did a very efficient job and I was very pleased with their work.
