I really appreciated that they worked with me on my budget and they were very patient and resourceful with what my insurance company could offer versus what they thought I needed. I'm very happy with how it worked out. They even worked with me when I had to make payments on my roof. They're very generous.

The roofing crew was organized, professional, and cleaned. But the first person who was here to do the siding with disorganized and made a mess, which is when I reached out to the owner and they had to correct those issues. The people from Ready Roof were good, but the subcontractors were less desirable. I was told that if I gave anybody their information as a recommendation I would get a 200$ bonus. I recommended someone and they used them, but I never received the bonus money. Ready Roof did, however, fix all the issues that happened and my project turned out very well. They were professional, organized, and responsive in working with me to correct the problems.

Overall, I was very pleased with the way Ready Roof handled the insurance claim for the storm damage. All of the work was done in a timely fashion to a very good grade of work accomplished.

In October, 2018, faulty shingles were used on my roof. I was told they would be replaced. The company (Owens Corning) has still not replaced them and it is now April 30, 2019. All monies for the job was given up front. Very upsetting!!

Our roof was getting water damage and we had tried to repair it ourselves. I called Steven and he was there that night to do an emergency patch on my roof and they fixed it in two days. It was amazing.

I do not think they are trustworthy. I think my sister and brother in law are looking at insurance fraud. Ready Roof pesters you for months after for money for work they never did.

They promised me at the signing that they would not start the job if there were any signs of rain. The day of the installation, contrary to my wishes after I told them about the weather report, they started the job. I had a leak in many rooms and my ceiling fan fell. I was very displeased.

The workmanship was good. The communication was poor.

Steve asked to be present when the insurance adjustor came. He spent 2 hours with him. He found things that the insurance adjustor did not. He took 2-3 hours out of his day to do that for me. That was fantastic.
