Jason has 17+ years of experience in roofing. He started roofing with his dad, Julio, when he was young. Julio had his roofing business when Osorio was growing up. During those years, he learned many industry techniques and his passion grew with every project. In 2019, Osorio started his own roofing company, Real1Construction LLC.

Courteous and professional from beginning to end. After the roof was completed, Real 1 Construction LLC came back and took photos of my new roof so I was able to submit the photos to my home insurance to get a reduced premium.

Real1 Construction did a remarkable job on my roof. They were quick and very comprehensive with their work. If they saw something that needed to be addressed, they let me know. They did everything that needed to be done between the insurance and myself in order to get the work completed, and they did a great job. They did some extra work for me that was outside of my insurance claim as well, and their craftsmanship and pricing was great!
