Installation of my windows started off great until the last sliding door then it was excuse after excuse kept missing parts, what should have taken 3-4 days for completion has taken 2 months and still missing a part which now I’m told they won’t be installing! But they still expect final payment.

We're pleased with the work. They had to go a little bit extra because of the damage, but it came out real well.

The salesperson was amazing too; he was very helpful and answered any questions. Anybody we had contact with personally through the whole situation was great, especially with what is going on in the world. If I have anything else done, I'll certainly be contacting you guys!

The two installers were great, very professional and very careful. My only complaint is that Justin said he'd leave me his number and have the cabinet people reach out to me and that never happened.

At first, I had a complaint. After all the complaints, they did come back. They fixed it. I'm happy now. They did a good job. The guy who came to the house and fixed it--Fernando--was really good. We had a lot of problems with the timeline from Reborn Cabinets. The job took a lot longer than it should have. Every time they came it, we had to deal with new people.

My mom is 85 and it's not their fault that she can not use it.

The crew was very friendly, knowable and did a lot of work going upstairs and downstairs. They went above and beyond and did very well!

Additional Comments - I don't have any complaints. There is one roller that doesn't roll well with one of the pull out doors, but maybe it is just an adjustment, we will see. The guy is emailing me instructions on how to manipulate and re-adjust one of the rollers and I just have to make sure I don't have anything heavy on that shelf. It did that in the very beginning and sometimes it got stuck, so he just said it may be an adjustment and that it is maybe a simple fix so he is sending me instructions. If I can't then I will have to call but I think my husband can figure it out.

My installations crew was beyond fabulous - beautiful, perfect work, they finished in a day and a half and cleaned up perfectly.

He only gave me 4 options and I would have chosen something different given the chance.He also only brought in a couple samples of cabinet doors....white shaker and top of the line cherry.

I just found the guys that worked for Reborn to be excellent; they were really good. The company that does the tile work and the company that does the countertops were not as professional as the people who put in the cabinets and took out the cabinets. They weren't as clean. The guys who worked for Reborn were incredibly good, really good and efficient--I couldn't have asked for better guys.

My 2day promised job took 10 days to complete.. I am still finding negative results from the job done and it has been 3 weeks since the job was done.

I had a medical issue that postponed the initial installation of the shower. The scheduler at Reborn Cabinets worked with my schedule and we were very pleased with the install. Edmundo and Luis were very proficient and cleaned up the work site every day. They made it a pleasurable experience. Thank you Reborn!

There were some issues that were ultimately resolved to the highest of standards. Ocean, in the office, Chris the "trouble shooter" The first 2 install teams, Anthony Rumery ( lead install) and Andy Rindfleisch (apprentice) were all amazing. We are all human.....but they ultimately came through with rave reviews! I love my shower!THANK YOU!

Problem with tub installation and communication. Had to call company multiple times to get any response. No return calls, except for the sales rep who was great. Installers had a problem and didn't disclose it to me when they left. Have to have Reborn return to fix it....not a warranty issue, but an install issue. Hopefully, it will be resolved with the return visit. Tub itself works great.

I would recommend Rebord Cabinet with a caution about the credit card requirement. Not sure why we could not have paid for the cabinets in full with one of our credit cards. Still seems strange.

They are too expensive.

Reborn Cabinets, Inc., is a professional company they knows what they are doing. They kept the area clean and they attended to details. I am very satisfied with the work they did.

Everyone we dealt with at Reborn were professional and easy to deal with down to the installers. They were great and did a professional job. As they worked they kept the house clean. I would use them again when the time comes.
