The thing I like about Red Dog's Roofing of Massachusetts is that I talked to 3-4 different companies, and Alex, the salesperson for Red Dog's Roofing of Massachusetts, was very thorough and spent 3-4 hours in our home. He inspected the inside and outside of my home. The other companies just used drones. The communication was great with Red Dog's Roofing of Massachusetts. They were able to complete the job in one day, which I did not expect as they worked 14 hours to complete it in one day. They took the necessary care to protect my grass, and that shows their quality of care.

The Red Dog process was seamless from the the initial consultation to the Project Manager to the roofing installation team to the office personnel. Would recommend Red Dog Roofing without reservations. The cost was reasonable and they complete the work in one day from beginning to end.

I think they have good customer service for the most part, the customer service rep that came out was good but I think they aren't fully transparent about some of the costs so that's why I changed it from a five to a four.

I had a very mixed experience with Red Dog's Roofing. On one hand, they hired a quality crew to install a quality roof. On the other hand, the sales process was very drawn-out, the project manager for our job was highly unprofessional, and the cost was very high.

I would like to draw particular attention to the project manager, who showed up an hour late on the day of the job, well after the installation crew had arrived and started working. He was not informed on the parameters of the project, got in the way of the workers, and took a very long time resolving a problem with the delivery of the materials. On top of that, he spoke to the (mostly Spanish-speaking) installation crew in a racist and insulting manner all day long. It was honestly embarrassing to listen to. Because of these problems, and the high cost of the roof, it's hard to recommend Red Dog's Roofing. If I had the installation crew's contact information, I would skip the middle man and hire them directly, because they did excellent work, and the roof they installed has held up well.

Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout the process. The original quote was reasonable but there were additional areas on my roof that needed to be repaired and the team leader kept me informed throughout the process. Very pleased with all aspects of the project including the additional work and charges (very reasonable). I would highly recommend to anyone needing a new roof!

Everyone at Red Dogs Roofing was fast, friendly and hardworking. Very easy to talk to, super knowledgeable. Financing was quick and easy. They also understood about my pets needs as well. I have an elderly dog and even while on site they contacted me by phone with any issues that arose instead of knocking and upsetting the dog more. In one day they had the roof replaced and everything cleaned up. The entire process took 13 hours total. Amazing!! Ty Red Dogs! The house looks awesome!

Initially we were hoping to install a metal shingle style roof. However, the cost made us rethink our plan. When Tyler showed us the facts on the high quality products Red Dog's Roofing uses, we were delighted to go with plan B. Comparing the thickness and durability of the shingles they used verses what we could purchase ourselves in the store, it's understandable now how they can offer the warranties that they do. We didn't just buy a great looking roof, we bought long term peace of mind!

Shingle roof was installed quickly and well. Had issue with rubber roofing installation that is not a Owens Corning product. Red Dog responded immediately and resolved issue quickly. Extremely happy with their service. Will recommend them without hesitation.

Saw in my attic my 22 yr old roof was starting to leak. Asked my friends and searched online about roofers. Took a chance with Red Dog whom I have never heard of before. I filled out their web form. They got back to me fast. Sent Tylor to me to look at the leaks and gave me a quote. The price turned out to be very good compared with my research. I accepted the quote, the job crew came and replaced my roof all in one day. Left everything very clean. Their site supervisor Kylor (with a K) kept me informed throughout the day of the progress. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

I own an old home so we've had many people come out to service our needs. We saw the recommendations for Red Dog's Roofing online, and every single one that we read, they said it was great. They are the only company in 30 years to do exactly what they said they would. They were there when they said they would be and even called beforehand to inform us of their arrival time. The office personnel and the owner of the company were perfect. They replaced siding and fascia that wasn't even their fault. When the fascia fell off, they called the owner and immediately he said to fix it. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Everyhting we read about the company was true. There were no extra charges or arguing. Red Dog's is the best company out of all the companies that have worked in my house.

The salesman / estimator, Mike, was very thorough in scoping out the project looking at the roof from the inside in the attic and outside on top of the roof as well. I was also shown the exact materials that would be used in the construction of my new roof and was given a written estimate when the meeting was done. Mike took into account my concerns and introduced a unique venting system that could be used on my house. I asked a lot of questions and he was very thorough and conscientious in answering them. I never felt the answers given to me were misleading nor was I ever treated in a condescending manner. Indeed, I felt like he took a genuine interest in my concerns and treated me respectfully.When the roof installation was being done, they had an onsite foreman, Butch, and also a project manager, Joe, who were there to oversee the entire job. The materials used were of high quality and the workmanship and professionalism displayed were outstanding. Any issues (minor) that came up were immediately addressed by Butch who, in turn, kept the project manager, Mike, informed of what was going on. Both men were courteous and professional in their conversations with me and any concerns or questions I had.My roof was installed in one day from tearing down the old roof, putting on the new roof, and cleaning up the surrounding areas. My house looked like nothing had been touched except for a new roof which even the neighbors commented on how good it looked.When the town’s building inspector was here to check out the roof, they were nit-picky but found no issues and even commented that the workmanship and materials were of high quality.
