I was pleased with the Red Roofing & Construction sales team and installers for a roof. The sales team was attentive in identifying issues, they worked very well with the insurance adjuster, and the contract was outlined in detail, so I knew what I was purchasing. The install was smooth with management on site the install day. Quality was inspected as the day proceeded. The roofing team cleaned up the debris.

I have worked with Red River Roofing twice, and they get better each time. They are courteous, professional, and caring. I was especially impressed with their efficiency on better the roof done and on their top-notch communication. Great people to work with!

Very happy with the job that they did overall. Everything was very well done and professional. I appreciated them taking the time to correct any issues that came up during the installation process.

Our hail damaged roof was removed and replaced in one (long) day by a crew that knows its work and wasted no time with idle chatter etc. Our representative was timely, courteous and respectful. This was a hail damaged roof in an area of hundreds of similar roof situations and we were worked-in quickly. This was, I believe, the third roofing in about forty years and the second one by Red River.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I think they did a good job on the roof. Put up moisture barriers in valleys, which some roofers don't do. They took pictures during each stage of tearing down, so we could see condition of decking.

Red River Roofing, RRR, met my expectations on installing a new roof at my Tulsa home. RRR was engaged with me and my insurance company as needed. RRR made their self available to clarify any concerns about the scope of work using the Owens Corning products. RRR presented several options and explained the best practice of installation and what materials were needed to qualify for long term warranty which will bring additional value and safety to my HOME and FAMILY!.

After extensive research I chose Red River because of their attention of detail, and the quality of their personnel. Having been involved in over 200 hundred roofs, this is the finest work crew I've ever experienced. They're not the cheapest, but they're worth the money.

Red River Roofing and Construction was great to work with! They very professional and went above and beyond to take care of us. They even went as far as to walk me through the contract and spell out explicitly some of the contractual responsibilities that I had that I was not familiar with so that was really helpful. Specifically, it was an air conditioning line that they went out of their way to help me to make sure that when the roof was installed that no nails got into that copper pipe so that really showed their exceptional knowledge and professionalism. They just went way beyond to take care of me and that was really appreciated.

I would recommend them for the work and I would rate that as a 4 but I can't recommend them for communication because I asked them to keep me updated and I had to call them more than I should have. I had to more or less push them. I would rate them a two for the recommendation of the communication.

Red River Roofing & Construction was great to work with. The salesman knew his product extremely well and was very helpful in letting me know what was best for my situation. The crew showed up on time and amazingly worked from dawn to dusk in the heat of the summer. (I don't know how they did that). I would recommend RRR to everyone.

After dealing with Red River Roofing & Construction, the multiple mistakes that were made, them not following the original contract and not doing the best job that was possible on the first shot, and the fact that they use subcontractors to do the work and don't have a project manager there to watch them closely enough, I would never recommend them to anyone.
