All the people I came in contact with were efficient, did the work quickly, professionally, with good follow up to complete everything after inspections were done. They did a really nice job. Love my windows!!

My only concern was that the crew was entirely non-English speaking. I was given a note saying that if I had any questions, there was somebody to call. But I was handed that note after the job was done.

I used Reece Builders to get new windows with the My Safe Florida Home program and I couldn't be happier. Salesman Josh was very personable, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. The installers were professional. They pointed out some damaged screens and stated they would be repaired at a later date. The last person who came to install the screw covers also fixed the screens. The windows look amazing and have definitely made a difference in the temperature and humidity inside the house. If I had to do it all over again, I would still pick Reece.

They talked with my wife about the work, and the shutters on one side of the house did not get put up like they should have. They asked my wife about the shutters when they should've asked me. I don't know what my wife told the workers, but they did not set the shutters up to where I could put the screws in, like the other half of the house. There are two different ways that the shutters are placed on the house, and I do not like that.

I would recommend Reece Builders/Windows to anyone.

They came and gave me a price. It was a special order and it took longer than what they said, but the work that they did was wonderful. It was really good work. They took their time and did it properly. I was very happy with the workers. The second crew took it all out and started all over again. It looks so good and works so good. It was unbelievable. I didn't think they would be able to do it, but they did. It was great and I am very happy.

I have had a great experience with Reece Builders/Windows- St Pete. My windows were placed on time and I was showed how to used the storm shutters. The installers were fast and polite. They cleaned up their mess afterwards and took everything things with them.
I felt so confident about my windows I had them install a door. The gentlemen who did this installation were great! From start to finish. When I thought I had a problem I called Crystal at the office who sent out a gentleman name Wilber. The guy went above and beyond, I was having problems programming my keyless lock. He took the time and patience to do this….this isn’t even his job. I’m telling you I would recommend Reese’s to everyone. Actually I did to my next dood neighbor who is getting all new windows! That’s how you do business!
