They knew what they were doing. They were great
In spite of the virus situation, Reliable was able to deliver.
I am thoroughly thrilled with the workmanship. I love everything that was done.
Like I told you, everything was great with the people--except for the electrician.
I really love my floors.
Reliable Construction was wonderful, professional, kind, courteous, friendly, and delightful. It was a pleasure seeing them come in and they were pleasant.
I would definitely recommend Reliable Construction without reserve. I was completely satisfied with their work and was impressed with Martine, the lead worker for john Block, the Manager. of rReliable .Construction. John was very aware of my Physical Condition and worked with me to make my capability of using my walker and Wheel Chair much more convenient by suggesting the kind of affordable tile flooring to replace my ruined carpet. Martine did an excellent job of installing it . It was a pleasure to work with them.
Reliable Construction LLC was chosen as part of an insurance claim work after a small wall fire. The workers showed up on time and kept noise to a minimal. Overall the workmanship was "OK" nothing to complain about, but also nothing to be excited about. There was no discussion about making things better (different materials perhaps at additional cost). Cleanup of the work site was minimal and more could have been done to return the area to it's previous condition. Overall Reliable Construction got the job done, but perhaps there wasn't enough money in the bid to make it worth any extra effort or concern.
John was very professional during the difficult process of recreating my home after a flood. He was very flexible and cared about our needs.
I had a water pipe burst in my house and went through my insurance when recommended Reliable Construction. And I really wish I would have went with someone else. They did the bare minimum that they had to do but not even that. Due to the amount of flooding all the baseboard throughout my home had to be replaced, and it was but the paint job is horrible. They didnt repaving after using the putty to hide the nails. They had to repaint all the walls and ceiling and once again does not look like a "professional" did it. There is brown paint from walls on the white baseboards as well as brown paint on the white ceiling and Visa versa. I had requested new door frames and they did not replace all of them. Also requested to have the grout throughout the tile redone and they did but came up within a few days of moving back in. The area of insulation that had been damaged by the water was removed and never replaced. And then the flooring in all the bedrooms had to be replaced (laminate wood) the flooring specialist that was used by reliable installed my flooring facing different directions and the only reason it was switched was because I noticed it. Which then delayed the process even longer to have it redone. There are also a lot of new cracks in my tile flooring that were not there prior. We were so eager to be moved back in that all of this was not noticed until we moved back in. I asked about the horrible paint job being retouched. Was told someone would come and they never did.I felt like the whole process I had to keep reminding them what was needing to be done and even after me doing that it still wasn't.
They did an excellent job.
They quoted me one cost through insurance and then told me, AFTER they started the job and the roof was starting to get torn up it was going to cost me $4,000 more. I could not get in touch with my insurance adjuster. After arguing with the guy on site for about an hour I talked them down to $800 above the payment I was supposed to pay. I would have NEVER agreed to having $4,000 worth of work done. Between them and the insurance adjuster it was a nightmare.
They have an employee named Martene who was mumbling insults during his work and he had the nerve to go into my refrigerator and handled my insulin while I was in the bathroom. I heard him ask a coworker "What kind of guy keeps his pen in the refrigerator?" And a coworker said "A diabetic!" I didn't like this one guys disrespect, invading my privacy, and handling my medicine. Also John Blank told me they would start work on a monday, when they didn't show up I called and he apologized but he sent his crew out of town for a bigger job and claimed there was a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding!
Nice people.
I feel John Blank was terrific. Timely call backs and great at explaining what needed to be done. It was an insurance claim and since we were in the mess we decided to update the bathrooms and he made the project easy to do from out of state. Would definitely use him again and refer others to his company.
They were very helpful and courteous. They are very patient and helpful. They know that you are going through a lot and are great at working with you.
No, you covered everything but I was very pleased.
Top Quality Workmanship and Professional, Friendly employees! Extremely pleased with the outcome.
