Still haven’t finished the job after two months of no response from company after repeated calls & assurance

It is difficult to find contractors in Cool. We have called upon “Reliable “ twice now. Once for our stunning new roof and secondly, to replace wood rot and to paint sections of the house with South/West exposure. All work completed in a timely manner in hot weather with no complaints and a dedication to excellence.

The work on my roof was completed in a timely manner and I am very happy with the professionalism shown by Reliable Home Improvement Inc.

Too many false promises, lack of communication or miscommunication, and what a mess! Months later, I am still finding roofing and NAILS!

What problems did arise on the job were looked into with resolution follow up accomplished.

The Reliable folks have done three different projects for us. All have been done with a very high level of skill.

I was overwhelmingly impressed with everything Reliable provided us from the sales pitch to the end. We've already scheduled additional work to be done with them and have already recommended them to a family member as well as a friend.

I had Reliable paint my house (stucco). The prep work was phenomenal and so was the paint job itself. They were protective of vegetation and cleaned up everything thoroughly. It was expensive but a great job that I expect will last for years. Thanks Patrick, Julio and the young man whose name I didn't get !

They haven't followed through with certain commitments.

It's a big maybe--their marketers are pretty persuasive even when you know what they're doing, and I would be embarrassed if my friends came back to me and said it cost too much for the work. Still, everyone that sees my concrete work is impressed. I will definitely share their name, but with a caveat. I will recommend getting additional bids before committing.

They are an honest and reliable company. They did the work exactly as described and they will be the first ones we call for any future home improvement projects.

I have been using Reliable Home Improvement for ALL my re-modeling projects except for one and I was sorry!! this won't happen again...I love these guys, they do exceptional work and I feel like their family. Their really good to me and I don't have to worry about them getting the job done. Looking forward now to my kitchen re-model, its in their hands. Thanks Guys for all that you do!!

This is the third project that Reliable Home Improvement has done for me. They did the job well, and I will not hesitate to call them again for a future project.

What a wonderful company to work with. They are reliable, very professional and extremely helpful in explaining all details of the projects to us. The work was done beautifully. We had a true craftsman build our fencing for us. The workers were all prompt and completed the work as promised. I would recommend the company to anyone who is looking for any type of home repair etc. They are great. So reassuring to know there is someone we can call upon when we need work done around our home.

We have used Reliable Home Improvement several times for bathroom remodels, kitchen countertops, replaced garage door, and new gutters as well as a new driveway. We keep coming back to them because we like the job they do.

Quality of materials is whatever you buy for them to use and if you don't know you can easily go wrong. Some mistakes were made along the way due to miscommunication between workers when the primary fell sick and missed a couple days.

I love working with the Reliable Staff. They are very personable, do outstanding work. They always tell me what they are doing just to keep me in the know and no surprises. I can't think of a better way to remodel, paint, add lighting or any type of work without checking with Reliable.

They were professional and reliable. The crew was very accommodating. They kept everything very neat and clean. They were also very considerate about not letting the dog out of the fence. They were also very accommodating to my schedule.

I still haven't gotten it all resolved. If they end up finishing the job then it might be more favorable.

As an older, single woman, it's important for me to be able to trust the company I choose for my home improvement projects. Reliable has completed two projects for me and are working on the third. The first was a HUGE retaining wall and fence that required leveling ground on a slope. (Thanks to the job manager, Victor, who went out of his way to keep everything going smoothly.) The second project involved tearing out old decking and replacing it with a large stamped concrete patio, painting the exterior of the house and replacing some windows. During the window replacement some unexpected problems became apparent. Owners, Shawn and Ryan kept me calm and explained exactly how they were going to fix the problems, and they did! We are now in the middle of our third project together, new flooring. new windows and a light box for the kitchen. I can honestly say that every single employee of Reliable has been courteous, competent and friendly. I believe that this quality of service begins at the top with owners, Shawn and Ryan. I offer my unreserved recommendation to Reliable Home Improvement. (In case you're wondering, no I am not anyone's mother, aunt or grandma-just an appreciative customer.)

Very poor workmanship very poor customer service.

We have worked with other companies that weren't so reliable. Take the chance with Reliable because they will satisfy your needs. We were a little leery and we took a chance with them. Everybody was gracious. They told us what the plan was, what they were going to do and they fulfilled their plan. We are quite happy with them.

The company provides an all-inclusive solution to home improvement needs. The things I really appreciated about Reliable is they had true professionals working on every aspect of the project that was very knowledgeable in their given fields. For example, the dry rot repair we agreed upon in the initial contract was all completed and completed correctly which took a tremendous weed off my back.

The crew did not clean up and left pieces of the project on my lawn. When I complained they sent something to clean up the mess. This person did a great job.

See notes above. The only reason I would ever use Reliable again is if it was with Ryan because his attitude shifted and he resolved the issues. I am praying that I dont have any problems with this roof.
