I would NEVER recommend this company, not even to my worst enemy! they were dishonest and messy and their communication skills are lackluster and deceptive. They basically stalk your home until the funding letter arrives via FedEx and still don't make the necessary finishes or clean-up until you threaten to withhold payment from them. One of the worst home improvement experiences ever. We have more work to do, but we will DEFINITELY NOT use them for it!

They don't complete the work, they make all these promises at first but when it comes down to it they don't complete it.

Long story short, nothing professional, 2 days later my wife found our garbage bin full of urine, super sad. Sales person talked a lot of how great it'll be but not the case. I had to talk with the manager and he wasn't nice period.it was a bad experience for me.

My cousin recently had new windows installed in his house and although the brand of his window was slightly inferior compared to the brand used by Remodel USA, it did not justify the different in the price. My cousins windows were about half the price of what I paid. Paying double for windows which are just slightly better doesn't sit very well.

I wish I was well-informed ahead of time about the work that needed to be done, instead of after the work had been done. This would ensure if someone wasn't doing their job properly, we could call them on that specifically. If we knew the house needed to be painted and what the proper protocol is for the windows to be carried places, it would have prevented the aftermath of unsatisfaction.

While the material they use was excellent. They seem to have a poor knowledge about structure in building. Having been born into a family that has been in the building trades for many year. The foreman seemed to have a hard time understanding the error that was done while covering my patio. I was very frustrated to have to explain it to him.

They use a hard sale technique, which I do not care for. But Joseph did it well and was a pleasure to deal with. They did the job on time and as promised.
