I believe the crew wasn't too sure of what the extent of the work would be when they started. All the guys were very professional and very aware of safety for themselves and us as customers. Once into the work everything went well.

I still have no idea what’s going on with my house, the repairs that need to be done, or when it’s happening. Might be due to the pandemic but nobody has called to inform me of anything.

Everyone was very nice and respectful. They did a wonderful job and we are very pleased with the out come. The first thing that they put in was our sink which we had not had for about 3 months.They let us know what was going on at all times and what they were going to do. Very pleased with them

Job was delayed due to their lack of follow thru. I provided my cell, but apparently they ignored it and only called my wife who was at work all day. So yeah, I couldn’t contact them til the next day and then they got to repairing the water damage in my bathroom. SMH. I specifically provided my cell phone, asked them to call me. Waited all day for the call that was supposed to come within the hour of my initial inquiry to home insurance. Ridiculous.

The team at Renaissance General were professional, friendly, & patient with me throughout this process. They actually made it less stressful! I'd recommend anyone going through any sort of restoration to consider Renaissance General for the job.

Renaissance started the work and did it well. However, my insurance carrier then denied the claim so the work wasn't completed. I was left with bare walls and floors.

They did a great job on the water damage in my master bathroom. They were easy to work with answered all my questions. They even worked with my insurance company to correct an issue with the shower enclosure. Thanks so much!

We are generally pleased with the experience. All Renaissance personnel were courteous and professional. Still have some touch-up to be completed, hopefully soon.

Outstanding and superfast service. Having a water loss it's imperative that things get handled quickly to keep the damage under control. They were out to my house within the hour, explained the whole process, did the demo and handled everything professionally and quickly. I highly recommend this service.

I was commuting to a different city and while in transition Allen worked around my schedule and went above and beyond to eliminate stress from the whole project . Areas Of Satisfaction - They were just always there for us all through this difficult experience of basically losing our home. Not only are they professional but compassionate. We had many questions all during this journey and they were always available to help--if they didn't know an answer, they knew how to find it, and that was very helpful and reassuring during a rough time. They are a company that really seems like a family and they extend that to their clients. Now that we are all done and back in our beautiful "new" house, we will honestly miss them! But make no mistake, their workmanship is top notch too and our house is gorgeous and solid as a rock. We feel at home again and very safe and sound!

If / when YOU have a catastrophe in your home, these are the guys to call. They responded so quickly - was it within an hour? They understand that you are overwhelmed and they know what to do! BAM, about 12 guys were in my house getting rid of the inches and inches of water from who-knows-where at that point. The superintendent who runs each team really knows how to work with homeowners (wives! I'll say it) and explains, explains, explains - and gives options. I can't say enough GOOD stuff about Dave during the crisis stage and Allen during restoration. Jason did most of my actual repair work. Very hard and punctual workers (arrive too early?!) - I kinda felt bad about how hard they worked on my house. Some things just can't be put back like they were, but some things are better now (upgraded) from what I had pre-flood. Timing can bog down when there are state-wide catastrophes (remember the Santa Rosa fire?), but I'm very grateful to Renaissance Restoration! Nadine Howell

The quality of the work is good but they do not take responsibility for their mistakes.

Left every window, stainless steel surface, shower door and mirror super streaky. I had to re clean everything. Still have not cleaned the furnace 1+ month later even though they have been paid for it and the manager said they would. Won't take responsibility for breaking my 25+ yr old full size porcelain carousel horse. Refused to clean the window coverings. Very dissappointed.

Very professional and quality work. Fixed all of our problems. We will always call Renaissance first for any home repairs.
