Areas Of Satisfaction - I was very pleasantly surprised by the professional advice from Wayne Culver who created a unique solution to our particular window requirements. He did this with a comfortable and friendly manner, very unlike the other window representatives I had had come to the house. I also appreciated that he dealt with me specifically without the supposed requirement of having my husband there as well. The installation guys were probably the most professional polite and exacting of anyone I've had to do work here at the house. Not only did they treat me with respect but I noticed that their interaction with each other was respectful and correct--again. It something I've seen with other tradesmen. I would definitely use Renaissance again and would highly recommend them to others.

Your cookies arrived the day after our move - they were so well-timed (we were starving) and really sustained us while we unpacked! Not the most important part of our interactions with you, but the one I remember the most fondly :)

Areas Of Satisfaction - The whole process was very smooth. I appreciated that the salesperson didn't over-sell me. I felt very comfortable and that I was getting a good price. The installation guys were very nice, accommodating and did a wonderful job. The issues were pretty minor and the windows look great. The guys were there from 8 am to 9 pm, and you're really not doing your best work when working twelve hours. It would've been better to have an extra day to do the work. It was a really long day for them and I felt they were rushed. It would've been better to break it up into three days.
