They were straight forward and did not use high pressure, take this deal today tactics like some of their competitors. They were willing to work around our schedules and our budgets. Any issues that arose were quickly handled and adressed. We would highly recommend!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Renken for bathroom remodeling.

We (my wife especially) are very happy with the newly remodeled bathrooms. I do recognize the value of RENKEN's model, but also, in retrospect, better understand the pross and cons of having a prime contractor take on the entire project. The work by RENKEN was done quickly and well within the scope of their work. However, it took a long time upfront to get materials in, and took some weeks after to schedule painting. For me, the project is not complete until all the work is done (including painting. Ideally, I would have like to better coordinate the other work outside RENKEN's scope with RENKE's schedule to have a better outcome.

Sales representative and installers were very helpful and gave detailed instructions.

The technician was good and very knowledgeable. He let me know if anything needing repairing or needed to be attended to before he started his project.

The scheduling is awesome. The turnaround time is really fast. They came on time and the person that came out was very knowledgeable and thorough and very helpful. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them. Then I actually had to call her back the next day and she was responsive. I thought the individuls who setup were very knowledgable when we talked about what different things we wanted included in the shower.

They were very efficient and pleasant to work with. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I am very satisfied.

The salesperson and I talked about doing some extra work. We bought the handlebars and two lights. They haven't installed those items and I haven't heard back from them. It wasn't in the contract but the salesperson said they could do it. I hired an electrician to install the few items Luxury's owner said he wouldn't.

Recognized Excellence - The young man (a former Marine} who installed the shower was courteous. diligent, and efficient. He worked for about 14 hours straight and did a fine job.

The workmanship was very good, and the work was accomplished within the specified time period. We're happy with everything.
