This is a very small company but many neighbors recommended. Susan (owner) was not pushy but was very clear and detailed about work needed and problems encountered. She wants the work done correctly and doesn’t rush the job. Very easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. Project took about a month and she was visited the site regularly to check on work progress and quality. Workers were respectful and did a great job!

Susan Premac was extremely easy to work with and understood some of our concerns as the project proceeded. When they removed some boards, and found some mold and mildew, she was willing to change up replacing that with non-corroding materials instead of wood, and we were very grateful. It cost more but was worth it. Our windows are lovely and the construction crew was extremely nice. The gentlemen who worked with her checked on me each day, and if I had a question or concern they addressed it with smiles of their faces. I actually miss having them around! We love our house. It was an expensive proposition but we knew that going in, and it is our home so the investment is worth it. Susan helped us every step of the way and made the process not only easy but enjoyable.

I was very pleased with the residing project completed by RenovateRepair this spring.
