Very good results overall, respecting the timing and delivering a high-quality product. There were some points that could have been better defined on the scope to deliver specific functionalities better that are listed further below.

Garman Builders provided me with a project time line prior to the project start date and stayed on schedule the entire time despite supply chain shortages and actually completed the build a week earlier then projected. The Garman staff was very helpful and made the build a positive experience from our first meeting, through the design and selections process, and through every step of the teardown / rebuild process. Their contractors all were detail oriented and the build turned out beautiful. I spent time each day on site during the build and the site project manager was always friendly and knowledgeable & willing to answer all my questions and listen to any concerns or last minute changes as the build progressed. Overall working with Garman Builders has taken something as stressful as loosing my home to a house fire and turned it into an extremely positive experience.Thanks goes out to all the Garman Builder staff!

I am very impressed with them. I mostly worked with Mike. I was very impressed with him.

While we were generally happy with the outcome of our project the process was less than ideal. There were many delays and there are still items left undone from our punch list. The yard was seeded much later than we were originally told despite several reminders from us (it was seeded mid October) and as a result it doesn't seem to be growing very well. Our project manager was friendly and we liked him but communicate was poor, especially toward the end of the project. Between poor communication and even further delays in the project the cleaner that we hired on our own to do a final clean/pre move in clean ended up coming to clean but there was still work being done so... we moved in to a dirty house and wasted our money on a pre-move clean. We are STILL picking up nails, screws, and scrap medal outside despite pointing them out to the project manager multiple times. One time we came to check on the progress and the back door had been left open and an animal had gotten into our home. Our driveway gate was left open several times during the renovations and we ended up with several random vehicles showing up on our driveway cam at odd hours of the night AND someone took our antique jeep for a joy ride at some point during this project. My father is a project manager for a building company in another state so we had him out several times to check on our project but when we took his concerns to the project manager we often felt like we were a hassle or being brushed off. We tried to be gracious and understanding throughout this process and feel like we were taken advantage of.

They work hard to achieve the end goal that I am looking for.

We had a major renovation of our home that took many different trades to complete. Renovations by Garman handled the project professionally and timely so that our home now has that WOW effect that we desired.

They were very professional and there was great communication throughout the process. They provided an amazing product.

The job was done to schedule and everything was completed with the highest quality. A year in and we have not had a single issue that has affected our living space. Job very well done.

We can't be more please with the overall outcome of this project. From our initial meetings with Mike Martin accommodating to our schedule all the way to Anderson's impeccable attention to detail, we would highly recommend Renovations by Garman!

Overall, disappointed. Chose Garman due to their large presence in our area for many years and that, according to the design specialist, our project would not be a "fill-in" project. While completely understanding the challenges covid-19 presents, it appeared that The Garman Group took on more projects then they had the manpower for. This caused all of the delays and confusion as to who was coming and when. Our on site supervisor was good but felt like he too was spread too thin. Very poor communication between finance, design specialist and the building group. The end result workmanship was ok but badly off schedule and required way too much effort on our part to get answers. Billing was about the only thing that held to the schedule and was ahead of the work actually being completed.

They do a very thorough job and we are looking forward to continue to work with them.
