It was very frustrating being out of town and having to deal with it. It was a lot of back and forth.

They did a great job for us. We would use them again, should the need arise.

I've never dealt with a company so unprofessional. There were misdelivered deadlines and they blew past timelines. My project lasted close to eight months and my house was torn up and work was promised that took way longer than it should. If you hate someone and they're asking for repairs send these guys.

They made a HUGE mess almost every day they were there. The worst part was when they were doing drywall they took no precautions to prevent the drywall dust from going all over my condo. They left the master bedroom door open with the fan on high while they were doing the drywall, and every surface of every room in my condo was covered in a thick layer of drywall dust each day. They left a trail of rubble from the master bedroom through the hall and out the sliding glass door of my living room, with no attempt made at sweeping it up until I complained to Juan for two straight days. I used to work in residential construction as an electrician and I would have been fired if I left someone's home in that state. They left my sliding glass door unlocked one night when I came home, and the next night they left my front door standing wide open with the keys in the lock. I couldn't believe it!They estimated the job would take five days, but it took five weeks before they were done!I contacted the project manager Juan Olivas about all of these complaints, but there was little or no effort to fix any of these problems, and he seemed like he did not know what was going on most of the time.

They were great to work with. They were real responsive when I had questions or thought that something needed to be adjusted. They were extremely timely!

They were quick and cared about how clean the inside of the house was. Everything went smoothly!

Repairs unllimited handled all of the details and produced a quality restoration.

As we had water damage, large fans were brought in, and no question about sending our old, inexpensive basement rug off to the cleaners. The rug looked great before, but now it's clean!

There was a huge amount of hail damage in the area at the time of repair. Material and workmanship issues were certainly taken care of as practicable. The cost of labor has become unreal and material shortages and quality of some material sub-par. I would give Repairs Unlimited an opportunity to bid on any of my future repair or other home needs.

This is not a company that you want to work with. The workers are NOT knowledgeable, they are not efficient, and the crew supervisor is the LEAST professional of all! A simple floor job took months to be completed because the crew did not know that they had to nail the wooden floor down! When the floor started shifting and separating they couldn't figure out how to fix it. Another company had to be called in to finish the job.

Brad and the guys are Repairs Unlimited were absolutely amazing. Before hiring them, we had a contractor we hired from a Home Advisor recommendation and the guy turned out to be a dud. Poor material choice and subpar work ultimately led us to hire Repairs Unlimited. Brad was hands-on from the get-go and Mark did an absolutely amazing job making the repairs. I can't say enough good things about these guys.

Insurance carrier brought this company in response to a water leak. About $15000 and 9 months later, we still have the same leak.

Additional Comments - Thank you, Repairs Unlimited, for repairs with a minimum of hang-ups, shortfalls, anomalies and screw-ups. Several our neighbors who used other contractors have not had positive outcomes.

Poor workmanship, they had to come back 3x to correct the mess they made and it still was bad. Legs on workbench in garage didn't line up and were a variety of different sizes. Put the wrong peg board in and backward, didn't replace, missing trim, it was just a mess. We ended up pulling out the work they did and re-did it ourselves. One time when workers came back, my son told me they were loudly swearing throughout the job. Very unprofessional!!
