We hired Rescom to replace our wooden railings with aluminum railings. The entire process was easy and everything was completed professionally. The new railings completely update the look of the house and I am so happy with how the project turned out. I would absolutely recommend Rescom!

On time and very professional installation. Top quality materials.

I overpaid way too much for what I received which was 2 posts and a rail. Was quoted for one job which included concrete cutting, new railings but only needed a new handrail. I paid 1/2 the expenses up front to secure work, then the job changed drastically and had to pay the remainder. If you use this company be very aware of what the scope of the job is and make sure any changes are clearly stated.

Other companies had no interest in doing a glass railing -- ResCom was able to do what we wanted.

The initial meeting with the sales rep went well, but the installation was a little bumpy: confusion over start date and incorrect materials were sent with the installer. There were many metal shavings left on the sight. The design of the underside of the stair railing has exposed metal edges; depending on how the stair rail is gripped, a hand holding the railing could be cut.

ResCom Railing Systems, LLC provided great service and was terrific all around.

Our finished patio cover is terrific, as were the Project Management and work crew on our project.

They showed up do to a cancellation to complete the job earlier than estimated and completed the job timely and it works well!

Things moved a little slow at first getting through the waiting period of having other folks in front of you and getting the plans drawn up but that's how you always judge a good company if they're very busy the obviously they're doing a lot of things right. We chose the white over the smoked roofing we were advised that it might be brighter but I'm here to tell you it's a little warm and you also need to almost wear sunglasses certain times of the day under their LOL. But in the winter that will be welcome. There was also some confusion over what some of the materials actually were but everything worked out for the best and were very very pleased with the outcome. I definitely would recommend them to do your project for a deck roof.

Installation went quickly, and the end product was fully up to expectations.

The service was fine. It was just a bit expensive. I wouldn't give it a 5-star rating because of the expense of the service, but everything else was great.

Quality work, somewhat overpriced. For a small residential job the communication/accounting/progress system is alienating and overcomplicated. Customer ends up at two or three removes from any personal assistance.
