The Owner Scott makes promises to fix the issues and then never follows through. I have contacted him many times about the same thing to no avail.

If I hear of someone in need of a renovation project, I will pass on information and recommendation about Residential Renovations.

All the people I met with this company were very nice and knowledgeable about the tasks they were responsible for. I really enjoyed learning a little about what each of them did on the job.

The roof over the family room had extensive water damage from the old skylights. The quote for the repair was received in a timely manner even though a supplier had to be located to costume build the skylights. The water damage from the old skylights was more extensive than anticipated. Additional roofing boards were installed at no additional cost. The new shingles were nicely blended into the old shingles. The work was completed in a timely fashion, but not rushed. I was completely satisfied with the materials, workmanship and service. I would recommend Residential Renovations to anyone requiring repairs to a current roof or needing a new roof. Ed F.

Job quickly completed

I'm still waiting for someone form the window company to come and fix the big window on the front of the house. Also, for a name of someone to do the drywall finish work on the inside of the bedroom window we had made smaller. Both of these issues were pointed out to Dennis that did the work.

I was contacted by the quality control representative last week. I told him of my concerns regarding the soffit. I have not been contacted by the company with a solution.

At a later date

We signed a sales agreement for a top-of-the-line product (Prodigy) and were willing to pay for that product. Residential Renovations ordered the wrong product, had it delivered and started the job with that product. Fortunately, we noticed their mistake before the product was installed. We were given the option of waiting another four months for Prodigy or accepting the lower quality Monogram product. We chose the Monogram rather than having our house sit for another four months. Residential's mistake cost us what we were promised. We were pleased with the installation and the looks of the Monogram siding, but we would not recommend Residential to other customers based on their initial failure.

I’m not satisfied with some of the gutter work and the panels in the back of my house.

They did very good job. I would recommend them to any one.

We get tons of compliments on the new front of our home from neighbors, it was certainly worth it. The company was efficient and timely, even when the rest of the world was having staffing and materials shortages.

They started this project just before this COVID-19 crap started. But they continued to finish the job. They did my windows and siding. I job well done. Just a couple of miscommunications. But at the end all was good.

The crew assigned to the job could not speak English therefore we could not relate our concerns. They destroyed a weather vane and tried to hide the parts, broke the tail lights on my trailer and license holder. The trim around the barn windows was destroyed and the fifty year shingles are falling off after a couple of months. We paid fourteen thousand two hundred dollars thinking we would get a quality job but we were sadly mistaken. I would not recommend Residential Renovations as a company to do business with. Also, the replacement weather vane is at this time lying on its' side on top of the barn. We are waiting for required repairs.
